The house is right on the beach with easy access to it. The house was clean and cozy and had just about everything we needed to cook a meal. You can't beat the location of this place. Amazing views!

This place was awesome! We aren't crowd people and this home is in a perfect location. Just far enough from the major beach areas, but close enough to get to shopping and restaurants. Easy beach access and the views are fantastic. The home is well maintained, very clean and has all the things you need. Our only downside was the main bedroom bed was too soft. Well worth the price. We also love the friendly and helpful people at Cobb Real Estate!

Boliver Peninsula is he most peaceful place we have visited. The house was perfect, right on the beach and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The folks at Cobb rental were easy to work with. We will definitely put this one at the top of our choices for future vacations.

Great rental in a good area with less beach traffic. The cargo lift was helpful getting luggage and supplies inside. The mattress in the 2nd bedroom was very soft, so anyone with back issues may not like that, but overall, we had a wonderful time and will be back.

It was a great trip. The place was perfect for me , my son and son in law. It was very clean, close to the beach ,and had the best equipped kitchen I have ever been in. TVs in all the main rooms. Very quit on the beach. Will be back again.

We have stayed in this home approximately four times and it’s always a wonderful experience. The views are amazing and it’s very easy to walk straight down to the water, it only takes about a minute. The home is decorated so lovely, pictures don’t do it justice. We spent Christmas here and there was a beautiful tree and lights up when we arrived. We stay at a lot of Rentals around the country and I always look forward to this one and hate to leave. You won’t be disappointed.

2 Miami is a house with charm. It was clean but could use some upgrades.The views from every room are amazing. We loved the easy access to the beach and that the location was not crowded. We will definitely rent this house again. We have used Cobb Real Estate for our Crystal Beach rentals for years. They are professional, friendly, and respond quickly to any issues we have ever had with any rentals.

We had a lovely stay in 2 Miami. We loved the master bedroom, bathroom and huge closet. The kitchen was well equipped and the lift was extremely helpful. We spent a great amount of time on the patio watching the waves. We loved being right on the beach where we could easily walk back and forth to the house.

We have stayed at 2 Miami several times. It is always neat and clean but we really like being right on the beach. Cobb Realty makes it easy to rent this house. We have had a good time every time.

Very nice home and with beautiful beachfront views. The weather was perfect that you could layout on the beach and get sun without breaking a sweat or you could walk around looking for treasures without getting so hot. The layout of the home is great with beach views from everywhere. Cargo lift is a very nice added bonus to have. Can't wait to go back again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

My girls and I stayed here for a few nights over spring break and it was so nice. The house was just big enough for the 4 of us and it had everything we needed. The decor was so cute and there was a view if the ocean from every room in the house. Even though it was cloudy and cold that week I didn’t want to leave! It was the perfect place for a retreat from reality.

We have stayed in many beach houses and condos up and down the Texas, Alabama and Florida coast. This house (2 Miami) has been one of our favorites. The house is in a great location and only steps away from the Gulf waters and an un-crowded beach. The house is beautifully decorated, has very comfortable beds and an extremely well equipped kitchen with all your needed utensils. The only semi-negative about the house is that the deck is not covered. If it was covered, this would be the perfect 2 bdrm Beach House. Thanks to the owners for sharing your house with us and thanks to Cobb Real Estate for an easy and hassle free rental.

We absolutely loved this home, our 2 young boys got to experience the beach for the first time, the home is located just a short walkway to the beach so we didn't have to load them up in the car and could easily go back for lunch etc. Fun decor, comfortable bed, everything we needed, less busy area of the beach. Hope we can make it back!

This cottage home was comfortable, clean and so pretty. We loved just being steps from the beach and enjoying our morning coffee on the outside deck. As we are an older couple, the lift was great for getting all our gear up and down the stairs. The house furnishings and supplies were terrific. Wonderful week for us.

We had a wonderful time at 2 Miami! Super clean and really beautiful. We loved the ability to walk right onto the beach and the deck is great for morning coffee and the sunrise! The kitchen is well equipped (probably the best one I've seen yet) as it had everything we needed and then some. We LOVED the cargo hauling up and down the stairs.

Every room has a fabulous view of the water (someone really thought about that when they designed the floor plan). We will definitely love to come back in the future. You will not be disappointed.

Property description was accurate, clean, and well maintained. Cobb Realty continues to provide excellent, easy service. Property is recommended for the more solitude of the eastern Bolivar peninsula. However, some young adults decided to party on the beach one early evening in front of the rental property, creating a lot of noise and trash. I hope Cobb Realty can encourage the Galveston County SO to patrol the area more frequently.

We often vacationed at Crystal Beach before hurricane Ike but had not been back since. The peninsula has really rebounded. Our beach house was located right behind the barrier dunes and had a magnificent view of miles of great beach. Apparently word is not out yet because at the height of the summer tourist season there were no more than 4 families at any one time on the beach as far as I could see. 2 Miami is a nice 2 bdrm/bthrm house. Roomy master suite. Well stocked with kitchen utensils and well furnished. And it is dog friendly. We had a great week and are already planning a return trip. Thanks Cobb Realty. They are nice folks. The dryer was out of order and they offered to find another place for us (we declined because I loved the location of 2 Miami) and they offered to pick up our laundry mid-week and do it for us. Wow! Now that's accommodation! We'll be seeing you in December.
