The spacious master bedroom features a private bath, large closet, and covered deck. The deck has plenty of room for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or watching the rest of your party on the beach. When you're ready to get some sand between your own toes, the sand and surf is only steps away!

    I had a wonderful time at this house. The deck has beautiful views of the water and is not too close to other houses. Most of our time was spent on the deck or walking or riding on the beach. The bedrooms are nice and roomy and cable with HBO was a plus. The kitchen is new and very clean. I will definitely rent this house again.

    This is the second year my family of 2 brothers and 3 sisters have stayed at this beach house and we plan of doing the same next year. The home has a wonderful front porch and a great view of the Gulf that was enhached by the tall Florida style furniture that was added to the front porch. You could see over the railing and truly get a better view of the beach. We like the large bedrooms and open floor plan in the kitchen. The beds are very comfortable. We like the open floor plan in the kitchen and living area. The large bar is great to sit around and enjoy a meal together had a little trouble with the bar stools being loose but other than that all the furniture waas great. Cobb Management company was helpful and great from booking to departure.

    A very enjoyable, relaxing week. The two smaller bedrooms did not have a clothes rod in the closets nor did they have clothes hangers. Master bedroom needs some sort of chest of drawers. We hope to return to this same house next September.

    Great Beachfront view. The properties deck looks out over the beach. It was great to relax on the deck in the mornings and evenings. The property on the inside is not as furnished as other beachfront properties I have stayed in. The master bedroom only has a king bed it in. There is no place to unpack and put your clothes. The other bedrooms basically have beds with limited furniture. Nice kitchen and living area.
