Our 3rd year at Gulf Pearl for our girls' beach week. Perfect house for a group of "older" ladies. Quiet area, nice views and elevator is a definite asset! Only suggestions - repair screens on back porch and replace some cookware.

Gulf Pearl is the perfect cabin for us. I require an elevator. Each bedroom has a full bath, plus there is a half-bath upstairs and downstairs. The grill and refrigerator downstairs is nive ti have.

We specifically needed a rental with an elevator, and this one, although larger than what we needed, was great for us. Very clean and well maintained, wonderful ocean views, easy beach access, and high quality patio furniture. Secure gated entrance. There are several adjacent houses under construction, but the noise was not really an issue. We look forward to visiting again.

This house was almost perfect, it was missing nice/plentiful patio furniture. The interior was spacious, beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were roomy!!! We had plenty of space for eating, games, tv time and reading a book, everyone could do what they like.

Awesome. All said best ever. House was perfect. Everyone chose staying at house/ocean vs. going to town. Very well equipped w/ everything needed. Ping pong, outside grill, spacious porch, easy walk to water...perfect!! 14 happy people.

I would recomend this place to anyone. It was very nice. We had a few things that needed attention, but was taken care of as soon as we called. And the lady we spoke with each time we needed repairs etc. was very very nice. I think her name was Jessica. She even came to the property to fix the security alarm that went off for us. She deserves a raise.����������������

This house is amazing. We rented it for a family vacation with our kids and grandkids. Each family had their own bedroom and bath which was awesome during nap times. The kitchen/living room area was so wide open with a fabulous view of the ocean. The game room was just icing on the cake. We would definitely rent this home again. We highly recommend the Gulf Pearl for the best beach experience.

Had a great family vacation. A/C problem was fixed very quickly. Kitchen facilities were very good. Everything was clean and neat. Lots of room for all of us to spread out.

Gulf Pearl was absolutely wonderful. Our group had a lovely weekend and we always love renting from Cobb Realty. The house itself was beautiful and the area was wonderful! The only thing that wasn't as great as I hoped was the beach access. It's a beach front house, but you have to walk quite a bit to get to the walkway over the dunes. It was still an amazing place and a great vacation weekend, and you can see in the pictures that the ramp is a little bit away so I'd say this house greatly surpassed our expectations.

The Gulf Pearl was the most accommodating home we have stayed at for our annual ladies trip thus far - comfortably slept all in our large group. Well appointed, stocked and elegant - absolutely recommend - we will be back! Many thanks to the owners for sharing their gracious home.

This was the most awesome cabin we have ever rented for our family! We all had our privacy with each bedroom having its own bath!! The awesome kitchen was soo big you had plenty of room to cook the big meals, not to say the awesome stove we had to cook on. I don't have anything bad to say about our stay. We may just have to rent this one again next year Thanks to Cobb's Real Estate and the owners we had a great vacation with my family! Thank you all so much!

The house is beautiful and has fabulous amenities. Each bedroom has it's own thermostat for those with different preferences. Even if you have a rainy day at the beach, the game room and covered area/ outdoor kitchen downstairs provide entertainment for both kids and adults. We brought tricycles and the little ones had plenty of space to ride around in the driveway and under the house while we grilled. The main kitchen is also fabulous and a pleasure in which to cook. We were there during a very busy weekend, but right in front of this house was quiet and empty, thanks to the lack of a beach access road. Golf cart rental is recommended to haul your belongings over the boardwalk to the beach with ease, although you can certainly walk. Great stay and very comfortable for our multi-family crowd.

Our family has been vacationing in Crystal Beach for 25 years and this was one of the best laid out houses, and best equipped kitchen that we've stayed at.
