Great Get Away!
The place was great, everything we needed was there. The folks at Cobb answered all my questions before our arrival. They were fast in their responses and most helpful in everything pertaining to our stay. The beach access was perfect. The views from the front patio were amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

My family of parents and adult children had a very relaxing time at this home. The beach access is convenient and the view from the deck is wonderful. We were able to bring 2 small dogs as well.the location is good for visits to Anahuac and High Island for birding. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking equipment.

This is a good property with great beach view and access! We would rent it again in the future. Cobb real estate was very helpful in general and with the lift which was really great.

Even though it is on the 2nd row there is no houses in front of it. We had a spectacular view of the Gulf. The front patio is covered enough we sat out on it during a brief rain and stayed dry. Overall we were not disappointed in the least. Will definitely be back or another one that the fine folks at Cobb Real Estate have to offer. You couldnt find a more helpful group of folks to plan a place to stay.

We enjoyed our week long stay at 1 Dune. The house is roomy, well stocked with great amenities and so cute. The back porch sitting area was a nice extra! The enclosed lift made the house easily accessible for my mom. Our only wish, a minor one, was for the two smaller rooms to have TV. We had 3 gamers and a 6 yr old battling over the TV in the evenings. We would definitely rent here again. Wonderful property!

We had a wonderful time at the beach house. It was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. Easy beach access and great view. Would definitely like to stay here again. Very enjoyable week.

The house is very clean and comfortable. it is in a great location. We loved it. But beware of the skunks in the neighborhood at night and early mornings. Just had to be careful if we were outside at those times. other than that is was awesome!

We had a great time. The house is in a great location and has everything you could possibly need to have a relaxing vacation.

My wife and I really enjoyed the beach house. It was extremely nice and had a good view of the ocean. The area was peaceful. It made for a perfect stay.

We had a good time at the beach. The house is really nice. It's close to the beach and the access is easy for walking or a golf cart. Or you can just sit on the porch and look out at the water.
