A Lil' Tipsea

We brought our daughter and some of her friends here for spring break and they absolutely loved it. The layout of the cabin was great. The kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. The cabin included a LOT of games to play. It was probably the cleanest cabin we've ever rented.

The lil tipsea was a great for my wife and I but also had plenty for the kids. Most places feel small with 9 people (7 kids) but not here! It was clean and beautifully set up. Definitely recommend checking this place out.

This property was amazing. The property description was accurate and the layout of this house is fantastic. The rooms are so very spacious and every detail is thought out. Property was super clean and had all the amenities that one might want or need.

We lived everything about it. Very spacious, comfortable, and accommodating. Had plenty of toys and games for the kids. Our large family had the BEST time here. Wewill definitely be renting again.

This house is amazing! We loved the layout of the home and that there are 2 patios and entrances. House was very clean and everything we needed was there. Downstairs we found a ping pong table, large connect four game, cornhole, and many other games and items needed for the beach. TV's are huge in the living room and bonus room! We visit Bolivar every year as a family and will stay here, as long as it's available.

Loved the layout of the space...perfect for everyone having a sense of their own space, but with common areas for everyone to come together. Backyard was securely fenced for the dogs. Ground floor area with all of the games and TV were wonderful for outdoor non-beach activities. The only thing that would have made this better is if there was a door between the bunk room and the living room.

I ran from Cobbs every year for the past 20 years and yes, we do have a favorite cabin but that may have changed a little tipsy is perfect for us. We had a wonderful time. Coffee in the sunroom was the best. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

The home was the perfect home for our family stay. The cabin was so well equipped. It had everything you need to entertain the kids, cook a gourmet meal, and the beds were super comfortable. Rooms are spacious and I love the decks. Everything was clean and it’s close enough to the beach to walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow what a great place to stay at the beach. The layout of the house was perfect for kids and adults. The down stairs patio with all the fun games and entertainment space was great. I would definitely recommend this place for families that have children. We enjoyed all the updated large TVs and game room.
