My husband and I have been coming to Crystal Beach every year for the past six or seven years and this was our favorite place to stay. The house is beautiful and the placement is perfect. Thank you so much!

We certainly enjoyed our stay at All Decked Out. The owners have been very considerate with games, puzzles and beach toys. This is a pretty and comfortable home with amazing beach views. We also enjoyed the small fenced yard for our fur baby.

All Decked Out is one of the best places we stay when visiting Crystal Beach. The location makes it easy to walk to the beach, the home is beautifully furnished and just the right size for up to six guests. You are close to shopping and restaurants. You will not find a more helpful staff than the folks the work with Cobb Realty. We always look forward to our visits.

Marianne and I have been going down to Crystal Beach and staying in Cobb Realty rentals for several years. Our favorite place is no longer in the rental pool and this residence was recommended. It is awesome. Very tastefully furnished, well stocked kitchen, instant access to the beach, front row view, close to restaurants and shopping. This is truly a "Hidden Jewel". We always use Cobb Real Estate Rentals because you know the home is going to be clean, the lines there when you drive and if you have any issues they respond and take care of the issue quickly. You will love this rental.

You will love this home. It is furnished is such a wonderful way. Total comfort. The view is outstanding and it is very well equipped. My wife and I visit Crystal Beach about 10 times a year. Our home we loved for years sold and we needed to find a new Happy Place. With the help of the wonderful Cobb Reality Staff we found this precious jewel! You will love it. Immediate access to the beach. Close to great restaurants and shopping if you need anything, We will be back in February God Lord willing.

I’m so impressed with Cobb Rental and their staff. Our house happened to be listed for sale on the day we arrived. The staff worked with us on one potential buyer viewing the home and an inspection and compensated us well. The house was perfect, and we hope it will continue as a rental with the new owners! We needed a smaller size than what we usually rented so this lovely home was wonderful. We love the larger windows in the living area allowing us to view the beach as if we were standing there.

A La Playa beach house was extremely clean and nicely decorated. We brought our own sheets and towels, but there were good pillows and blankets provided. The living room furniture was super comfortable with reclining sofa seats. Wifi worked well while we were there too. The location is great with excellent beach views from the big covered upstairs deck. The neighborhood was very quiet but we were there in October and the houses near A La Playa appeared to be empty. We loved our stay there and plan to book this same house in the future. Cobb was very friendly and easy to work with too.

This was the perfect small beach house for our family getaway! House is clean & well maintained. We chose to bring our own sheets & towels to avoid the additional fees. Beach front & easy walk to the beach. Great location to shopping & restaurants. Our small dogs loved the back fenced in yard.
We will definitely rent this property again.

We stayed at A La Playa from June 12-19, 2020. We just loved it. It was our first time to visit Crystal Beach, but it won’t be our last. The location was close to everything and the house was perfect for us. The house is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. We didn’t want to leave.

First things first! Always, always go with COBB REAL ESTATE & VACATION RENTALS. They are top notch!
A La Playa is a great house. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, appliances & cookware.. Very nice & comfortable living room furniture. Bedrooms & bathrooms are more than adequate. The front porch was awesome in the morning to catch the sunrise & in the evening you can catch a breeze & just relax. Can’t wait to go back!

A La Playa is a great find! The location is excellent and the house is perfect. We had lots of space and enjoyed having the fenced back yard with easy access from the back door. I especially appreciate the location of the bedrooms which allows a bit of separation from the living area. The nice stereo system was a very nice surprise. We will be back! This was our second time at A La Playa and my wife and I had another wonderful time. Everything is as advertised; clean, spacious and great location. Staff is wonderful and professional. The only problem we encountered was that we went to the Stingaree for dinner and the food and service was terrible. But overall we had a great time at A La Playa.

The beach house is beautiful! The people at Cobb Real Estate were more than helpful with all our needs.
My husband and I celebrated 38 years of marriage there and were not disappointed but so blessed with the beauty of the beach house and the view of the beach. It is literally steps to the beach and the views were so very beautiful. I would love to rent that home again next year.

We had a great Labor Day weekend at A La Playa. The best view we've had while renting with Cobb. The view from the bedroom and living room were fantastic!! The house was very nice and roomy with a large laundry room, large master bath and lots of storage space. Loved waking up to the beautiful view of the water.

Love the house and location. Once again we had great weather. The only thing i noticed was the front door knob is starting to give out. Had a little trouble getting it unlocked from the inside. Can't wait to return in a few months

What a view this is a great house. We had a wonderful vacation and our boys Zach and Baxter
loved going down the back steps to the fenced yard. House was very clean and had everything
we needed. Sitting on the deck watching the sunrise and sunset must not be missed. The ladies that run the linen service are awesome too and we only rent from Cobb Realty, highly
recommend them both. See you next year, cant wait!

House was clean, but several Light bulbs were out, Could not see in the Closet, and Shower in Hall way very dark, Overall house was all I expected, Outside area for My Pup , great!!!! The Garage area, very dirty inside, and doors were coming off hinges,

This was our third year in a row to stay here. Great views and pet friendly make this a good choice-free movies too were a nice treat. Cobb employees really great and helpful in getting the advertised WIFI working since the router had "disappeared" and had to be replaced. Be back next year for our annual vacation.

We had a fantastic time! I highly recommend this rental to anyone who is interested in a beautiful beachfront property that may be traveling with a family pet. An added bonus is that the back staircase goes directly into a large fenced yard where your pet can play. It is a beach access road but the traffic was minimal during our stay. We also enjoyed dining at the Stingaree which was less than one block from the cabin.

My husband and I decided last minute to find a beach house to rent over the New Year holiday. We were to arrive New Year's Eve afternoon. Cobb Real Estate were the only company we found that could accommodate us and be able to get us a key to a rental.
We found this rental on the website which was available. It was fantastic! It was very cold but the view of the ocean from the living room and bedroom was wonderful. We even were able to watch fireworks all night from the couch in the living room.
The house was very modern, clean and comfortable. It was a great holiday and we will be back in March!

Cabin was very nice and clean and the location was excellent, beachfront and close to the beach entrance. Just the right size for two couples and two dogs. The fenced yard was handy. This is a quiet subdivision, outside the popular "zoo" area, which would be perfect for families during the summer when the "crazies" are out!
Cobb realty also had a pleasant surprise...a DVD kiosk with FREE movies for your stay, yes FREE! Very cool perk.
We would not hesitate to stay here again and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Although we had a little rain and a weird sea weed phenomenon this year it was still a great time had by all. The house was very comfortable and I loved having a fenced yard. Golf carts are a must and take a trip to Pleasure Pier, the kids loved it.

This is the first time we have rented a beach house from Cobb. The house we stayed in (A La Playa) was everything we had hoped for! It was clean, had a great view and had only the necessary sand dune and a single car wide road between us and the beach. The house was well-appointed with dishes, etc. and previous tenants (or Cobb) had left a few amenities like dish soap, a few spices, etc. The furnishings were very nice, beds were comfortable, etc.,etc. I would definitely recommend this beach house. The Cobb people were professional and helpful.

The cabin is just beautiful as well as the view. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for taking the dogs out. There is a separate stair that leads directly down to it, which is very convenient. The view is wonderful, from the deck or inside the living room. Will stay again!

A really nice & modern cabin with an awesome view of the beach. Great fenced yard area for our dog. The bed was really comfortable (not too hard as is typical). Only gripe was no cushions for the very HARD wood deck chairs - some padding would have been nice. Anyway, bring your own chaise lounges if you want to stretch out. Would definitely rent this cabin again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The beach home was just as presented online. The view was awesome, front row. The home was very clean and furniture was really nice. Cobb Real Estate and beach rental staff are awesome. We were looking at a couple of rentals and the staff recommend this one and it was a great choice for our needs. We have rented a few time from them and as always they delivered the good. Would highly recommend this home to all. Can't wait until we can rent again and it will be soon.

Absolutely gorgeous house, very functional kitchen. The decor and color scheme was beautiful and soothing. This was our 1st visit back to Bolivar since Ike. We didn't know where the house would be since everything has changed so much. House is beachfront with a street in front of it and a sand dune. Easy 1 minute walk (if that!) and you are on the sand. I loved that the house pictures and description that Cobb represented on their website was exactly what we got when we walked in the first day. Would definitely rent this house again!
