We really enjoyed this house! We had 14 people, with 5 adult groups and a few kids sprinkled in. There were plenty of rooms for each adult group to have their own private space. We loved that each room had at least a half bath. The only thing missing for our preference was a large dining table for meals. The location was perfect and the house was clean - couldn't have asked for much more!

We have rented From Cobb for about 15 years and our vacation experience is always awesome. The beach houses are clean, plenty of towels and bedding. We look forward to next Summer 2026.

There was plenty of room and bathrooms for all of us. The location was fabulous and the beds were pretty comfortable also.. I went and bought my own pots and pans and cookie sheets because they were old and rusty ones at the cabin. Some water damage around the window in the master, but overall, it was a lovely cabin just needs a little more maintenance the downside we did not have a lift..

This is the second time we’ve rented this house. It is very spacious enough to hold multiple families and has all the amenities you could want for either a sunny day a cold day or a rainy beach day.

We met at this Cabin for the second time to share our lives and stories. Members came together at different times with the most of 18 meeting on the weekend. The Cabin was a great place near the Beach and has six bathrooms. Everyone had a great time.

The house was perfect for our family gathering. There was lots of space and plenty of sleeping options. Everyone appreciated having at minimum a powder room in each bedroom. The walkover to the beach was just across the road. You could hear the waves from the deck. When we reported a low water pressure in the sink, it was replaced within the hour.

Great beach house with nice view from first row. The size and layout of this house works well for a large group with small children. Only negative is not enough parking or outdoor trash cans for a 6 bedroom house. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family got together for Thanksgiving at Beach Mapps. Everything there was outstanding. We could not have wished for a better Holiday. We rented this in conjunction with Serendipity. We loved both of them.

After searching for 6 weeks for a place to stay for 18 people for a wedding in Crystal Beach, and waiting over 9 months to actually stay, I could not be happier.
The location was great in proximity to the wedding and also to the grocery store, gas station, etc...
Just a short walk to the beach, you can see and hear it from the front porch, which was my absolute favorite place of the house.
Plenty of living room and sleeping areas for 18 people. Perfect amount of beds and baths for us all to get ready each day and for the wedding.
Cobb Real Estate was informative and helpful from booking to check out. Would highly recommend Cobb Real Estate and the Beach Mapps property specifically!

Our family has stayed in this house two years in a row for our annual beach vacation. We love it! The layout is perfect, the house is adequately furnished and is always clean. The upstairs area is perfect for the kids to hang out while the adults enjoy downstairs. We will continue to stay here as long as we visit Crystal Beach!!

It was a very nice house and large enough for our family to all stay together and still have time for privacy. Easy walk to beach. Amenities were good, everything worked. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and large. Ferry ride to Galveston not bad but very slow to go to Bolivar by ferry. Lots of mosquitoes.

We changed our house kind of at the last minute as the other home we had chosen had "very little beach".WE were thrilled that we made the change, the house was the perfect setting for our family..There was an abundance of room and the home is decorated beautifully..felt as though you were in a beach paradise. The closeness to the beach made up for the fact that we normally rent a golf cart and decided not to this just really wasnt necessary..There were a couple of issues that need to be addressed that I told Cobb about, when it rained had major issues with water leakage at all doors leading to deck..we put towles which kept any from coming in house..Also there was a deck chair already broken and a chip out of a wooden table in the living area. Other than that we really really enjoyed our time and will hopefully rent this same house again next year....Sincerely, Susie Dempsey

I spent a extremely restful and relaxing week at this property. The accommodations were excellent. I travel a lot and normally only stay in 4 and 5 star hotels. Beach Mapps rates with the best places I have stayed. I will definitely return. I would recommend this property to everyone.

EVEN WITH BAD WEATHER,RAIN AND HIGH WINDS DAILY, PLUS THE SEA WEED. WE STILL MANAGED TO HAVE A VERY GOOD TIME, PLUS A WEDDING ON THE BEACH AND THE SUN CAME OUT DURING THEIR VOWS. THE HOUSE WAS OUTSTANDING, IT WAS A VERY COMFORTABLE PLACE FOR A LARGE GROUP. I WILL GO WITH COBB REAL ESTATE AGAIN.
