Step back in time at Bolivar Del Mar, the vintage cottage with million dollar views of the Texas Gulf Coast on 2nd row. Enjoy this charming 3 bedroom 2 bath home with 2 decks facing the Gulf, sleeps 10 and is on one of the best sections of the Bolivar Peninsula. Take a short ride from the Galveston Ferry or on Highway 87 from Winnie to begin your adventure. This cottage has all the amenities you expect for a premium vacation home; WiFi, Apple TVs, washer/dryer, large fenced yard, full kitchen, BBQ pit and only steps from the sand of quiet Crenshaw Beach.
PRIMARY BEDROOM (KING), BEDROOM 2 (2 FULLS), BEDROOM 3 (QUEEN), EXTRA SLEEPING (SLEEPER SOFA IN LIVING ROOM). BATHROOM 1 (TUB/SHOWER COMBO), BATHROOM 2 (TUB/SHOWER COMBO).
BEACH ACCESS: Subdivision has full beach access road. Also walking path to beach.

FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE MONDAY OR FRIDAY AND DEPARTURE DAYS ARE SUNDAY OR THURSDAY. (Depending on reservations already set in place) For alternate arrival and departure days, please contact our office.

Lovely Beach House
My husband and I, and our two dogs, spent a relaxing two weeks at Bolivar Del Mar. The owner's artistry was evident throughout the house. Not only was the house spotless, but there was a bottle of Prosecco awaiting us when we arrived. We had a great time at this lovely home. This home has a wonderful, charming cottage feel about it, in both the layout and furnishings. My entire family found it to very comfortable and accommodating, with enough room for us all. This part of the beach is also my favorite...not crazy like like other areas and the beach is nice and wide here. I plan on renting it again....would also be interested in purchasing if the owners should decide they would like to sell at some point!
