Chillax Inn was a great place to stay. Perfect location. Home was well maintained. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of room for us. We will definitely think of this place next year. We loved our stay here. Cobb Real Estate made everything super easy and smooth.

We’ve been coming to this beach house for more than 10 years, and it has truly become a special place for our family. My boys have practically grown up here, and we’ve made so many wonderful memories that we look forward to adding to every year.

The location is absolutely perfect. The beach views are incredible, beach access couldn’t be easier, and you’re close enough to everything you need while still feeling like you’ve escaped from everyday life.

The house itself is always spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully maintained. The vaulted ceilings make it feel so much more spacious than you’d expect, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. One of the things we appreciate most is how well stocked it is. The owners have provided just about everything you could need, making it easy to settle in and start enjoying your vacation from the moment you arrive.

After more than a decade of stays, we can honestly say this beach house feels like a second home to our family. We couldn’t recommend it more highly, and we already look forward to coming back every summer!

very nice especially for the price. out of all the years we've been coming, this house is by far the best w'eve stayed in so far. beautiful view. beautiful home. very well stocked kitchen for cooking. will be staying here again. cobb reality is also the best! very accomodating and helpful to extra needs an additional lil extras to help start the stay off with necessities you may have forgotten or dont have. compared to the other vacation realtors around cobb is by far the best.

This was our 7th time staying at the Chillax Inn! This is the only house we will rent for our annual beach vacation. The location is perfect with amazing views and easy beach access away from heavy traffic. The kitchen is well stocked allowing us to cook all our favorite meals and fish we catch instead of eating out. The house is refreshingly clean and open, making it feel much larger than it is. I can watch my teenage boys fishing on the beach from the deck.

We had such a wonderful time, I was so sad we were only able to stay the weekend! The cabin was clean and beautiful and in a great area that was nice and quiet. My only worry was my two little ones and the white couches! The rental company was very helpful. Overall, we were very happy with our stay.

We stayed here for a long girl's weekend. It's a beautiful home, plenty of space for 8 women, nicely decorated and very clean, easy access to the beach, and we loved hanging out on the large deck in the evenings. We really enjoyed our stay! The management company staff were also very helpful and friendly.

I hated leaving Chillax Inn! This house is stunning. In all the houses we have rented this was by far the cleanest and most updated. The location is perfect, close to shopping and the beach. It was so quiet even on days the beach was busy. It was very well stocked the only thing that would have made it better was having beach chairs available for use. We will absolutely be back.

Great experience! The house was lovely, the beach was wonderful....especially the sunrise and sunsets,the weather was good for this time of year and the town folks were friendly and helpful! The only thing that took away from our experience was the liter on the beach. We were there for New Years and enjoyed all the fireworks. So disappointed the next morning to see all the garbage and liter that was left behind.....come on people clean up after yourselves or don't use the beach! I feel like the town should do more to regulate and stop is not up to the visitors to clean up your mess!

My boss paid for this for us for the weekend and we all stayed over night his family and I and we enjoyed the time and then had other coworkers come out and meet us at the beach for some fun. We really enjoyed the experience and would defiantly go again. I also really appreciate the property management company they were great to work with!

We were 5 adults and 3 children and had the best experience in Bolivar. We usually stay on Galveston Island, but we will forever more stay on Crystal Beach. The two 4-year old boys and the 10 year old boy loved every moment. The house might not have been front row, but we had a perfect view and very easy access to the beach. We loved that the house was one-level and that there was a locking gate from the deck. The house itself was beautifully decorated and accommodated our every need. Cobb Real Estate was very accommodating also and we would be pleased to use their services again. As our 4-year olds stated, 'this is the best day ever!' Thank you for everything.

This house had the perfect location. Close to beach access AND an awesome view without paying the first row rates. We brought our own hammock to take advantage of the hooks on the porch. It has a very clean and tasteful look inside. All of the amenities you would need for the week. I hope to return soon!

This place was perfect. Very nice cabin with awesome views of the beach. If you like to drink coffee on the deck in the morning and watch the waves roll
in, this place is for you. It was great being so close to a beach access point. I definitely would stay here again.

Chillax Inn was a great house! The minute we drove up until the minute we left, we had the best time! The house was perfect! Beautifully decorated, perfect porch to sit and relax and watch the waves crash! Kitchen was big and had enough room for everyone to sit together to eat! Perfect location to walk to the beach. I would recommend this property to anyone!

Very cute house was perfect for 4 adults and 5 kids under the age of 6. Appreciated the safety gate on the deck staircase and the safety plugs in all of the outlets. The decor made it feel like a fun place to be, even though it rained 4 out of our 7 days there. House had plenty of games and movies to keep the kids entertained. To get to the beach, you walk to the end of the driveway and you are pretty much here. We brought a wagon to carry out supplies, kids were able to walk there no problem. Beach access was so close that it only took a minute or two to get back to the house for the bathroom or to take naps.

One thing to keep in mind, the beach does allow cars to drive on the 'beach road,' which was fine during the week, but once the weekend started and the local spring break began there was a continuous flow of traffic on the beach. People drive slow, but with kids it made safety on the beach a bit more stressful. In addition, there were quite a few Portugese man-of-wars washed up on the beach. Bring a shovel so you can clear a space on the beach and not worry about kids stepping on them. Also, the chains on the swing downstairs were fairly corroded. I'm sure the salty air does that to the metal, but it made me nervous about them breaking. Maybe a plastic covered chain could fix that issue.

I would definitely stay here again. A great deal for a house this nice and so close to the beach.

We had a great time at the beach house. The house was beautifully decorated and had all the things we needed. There was plenty of room for all 11 of us to stay comfortably. We loved being able to walk to the beach and back easily.

Chillax Inn exceeded our expectations in every way! A minutes walk to the beach with an amazing view. The house itself was spectacular! The beach themed decor carried the resort like atmosphere over the top! Very clean and well equipped for all of our needs. Could not have asked for a more family friendly place to relax and enjoy being together. Of all the units we have stayed in, this by far is our favorite! We will definitely be returning. The personnel at Cobb made check in and checkout so easy.

We had a great time, beautiful cabin that is comfortable for families and a perfect walk out to the beach.
Slight problem with the swing downstairs breaking, bolts need to be replaced so no one else is hurt using it in the future.
