We chose this house because it offers a large fenced yard and a cargo lift - both amenities are wonderful and hard to find in most houses. It's a great location, being near the beach and in the quieter west part of Crystal Beach. We would definitely stay here again. This is a very nice minimalistic home, meaning not a lot of knickknacks and random decor to get in your way. The owners did a beautiful job of decorating without going overboard with”stuff.” It’s a great home to bring your dogs. They yard/gates were perfect. Also a great neighborhood for quiet early morning walks with our dogs. Beautiful views. Cargo lift is a definite plus! Plenty of towels/washcloths. The staff at Cobb was very receptive and helpful when we had an issue, and it was resolved very quickly. Just a couple of little things: Bring some four-cup coffee filters. We just assumed there would be a Keurig and did not plan accordingly, but a quick trip to the store took care of that. Also there were some missing shelves in the freezer. So there wasn't a lot of room in there for stoarage. It is much closer to the beach than you can tell from the pictures. This is definitely a place I would recommend and stay at again. This house was great! Location was wonderful, breeze from the deck wonderful and view of the ocean just right! The house was very clean and kitchen was stocked nicely except for the coffee pot was too small.
