This property is VERY clean and had more kitchenware than most of the beach rental we have stayed at. Private gated community with easy access to the beach walking or on the golf cart we brought. We have been going to Destin area for the last 10 years and this was a great alternative for our family with 1/2 of the drive time from Dallas/Ft Worth area. The vacation was simply AWESOME! The location, weather, sights and sounds made us think of what paradise must be. From the panoramic sunrise to the ocean-filled sunsets, we were on the front porch overlooking the beach, fishermen and beachcomers below, with seagulls, cranes, ducks and pelicans flying above, and the soothing sounds of the waves as a background melody, we thought we were in heaven, if just for a little while. We made everlasting memories walking the beach each day, collecting shells, counting the ships, throwing a football, watching our teams win in football and watching our son compete in the Port Bolivar TriAthelon! Just Sun and Beach is located in our favorite neighborhood to vacation in. We have rented homes in Biscayne the last few years and just love the area (less crowded and quite). Had everything we were looking for in a beach house. Love the floor plan. Great area for fishing, shelling, cooking lunch and strolling on the beach, and watching the sunrise. We have used Cobb for over 10 years. They have always been helpful and quick to address any needs we have had. We had a major issue before arrival this year and Jessica at Cobb worked with us to achieve the best solution we could. The house we stayed in 4 Biscayne, was beautiful, clean, up to date, and great location. The views were amazing.
