We stay in a rental with Cobb 8 to 10 times a year and this home is right on the water, close to shopping, tastefully furnished, awesome sun deck, not as far as some rentals from the Ferry to Galveston. We love this home and find it to be a wonderful place to just enjoy the beauty of the Gulf, watch the fishermen, explore the bead for all sorts of treasures and just relax in the sun. You will love this home.

We had a great time at Keepin' It Reel. My son brought 3 friends for a few days, then my sis-in-law was there. I turned in a few problems to Cobb and hope they are taken care of when we come back for another visit. Love this cabin, Bolivar, Tia Juanita, and Cobb. Right on the beach......

Our family has stayed at Keepin’ it Reel several times. The house is on the beachfront and on the corner of a beach access road. This makes it so easy to both sit on the deck and enjoy the view or quickly drive to the waters edge. Not having to drive out to the highway and around to an access road has been a big part of what keeps us coming back each year. The staff at Cobb are always friendly and easy to work with. If something comes up during your stay they work quickly to resolve the issue.

Marianne and I spend lots of time in Crystal Beach and this is our favorite place to stay. I have often bragged about the view, the immediate access to the beach, the comfort of the home and the well equipped kitchen; but, sometimes it is the little things. The beds are all made when you get there, the TV allows you to download your own apps and watch what you are used to watching, the swing on the front porch, the sunrise in the morning. Yes, you and your family and friends with love this home. Enjoy!

Not sure how you can top this property ! What a great location. The house was very clean, bed was comfortable, and great kitchen with everything we needed. The porch was wonderful - spacious with plenty of seating. Internet was spotty in the evenings is the only negative comment I can think of. We will definitely be back !!

My wife and I spend one week a month down at Crystal beach. We have stayed in several different homes and find this one to be at the top of our list. The access to the beach is steps away, the porch and swing are such a peaceful way to begin the day with a cup of coffee, the sun rises are breath taking, the home is well furnished, the kitchen is well equipped the streaming TV allows you to log-in and watch your own subscriptions and then logs you out automatically when you leave, The downstairs shower makes it easy to wash up when you come back from playing on the beach The staff at Cobb Real Estate are alway helpful if your need something in an emergency. We had an issue with the door lock and it was replaced and fixed in just a couple of hours. A real "Adventure in Paradise!

I chose Keepin’ it Reel because it was Beachfront and the perfect size. I brought my elderly mom the first half of the week, who enjoyed it immensely. She never had to walk up and down the stairs multiple times, but could enjoy the beauty of the Gulf from the deck. My husband joined me the second half of the week and we enjoyed every aspect.
As always, when we rent from Cobb’s, the house was clean, linens were fresh and appeared to be very new, everything worked, and I had no complaints whatsoever. The check-in/checkout process is so seamless. I look forward to renting again.

Marianne and I spend a lot of time down on Crystal Beach. Keepin' It Reel is probably one of the best places we have ever stayed. The location right on the beach makes early morning walks a pleasure, the sun rises are priceless and the home itself is very comfortable and will furnished with everything you could ever need. We like the location because it is closer to the Ferry than many places we have stayed and the trip to Galveston is alway a must. You are close to restaurants and other shopping right there in Crystal Beach. We especially like the streaming service and our ability to use our Fubo service and along with other streaming Apps we have. We call Keepin' It Reel our Happy Place. Spend a few days on the beach and soak up the beauty of God's Creation.

Marianne and I have been coming down to Bolivar for the past five years and have stayed in many very nice places; but, Keeping It Reel has been our favorite place to stay since the Pink House was taken out of the rental pool. You are right on the beat, the sunrises are breath taking, the porch and porch swing are a wonderful place to sun and just take in the peaceful beach. The home is well furnished, the streaming TV makes it possible to use any apps you use at home, the beds are all comfortable and we love it! One real advantage for us it is closer to the Ferry and we often go to Galveston to shop and get some awesome seafood. Speaking of seafood, there are several wonderful places to eat in Crystal Beach. Then the icing on the cake is the profession al staff at Cobb Real Estate. Always there to help if you have questions or any issues. This is an outstanding rental for a family gathering or a place for seniors like us to stay.There is a great patio downstairs for cooking and grilling if that is what you like to do. You will love it if you stay. Enjoy!

Cobb is the best rental agency that we have used over the past thirty plus years. Easy to talk with....always do what they say....properties are always clean and ready for us to move into....respond if we have questions. One thing we always appreciate is they are there in person to talk with . We like the agency and will use again when we book a stay at Bolivar later this year. We give them a five star review.

Marianne and I spend a lot to time down at Crystal Beach and this was the first time we rented this beautiful home. Right on the water, sun rises that take your breath away, close to restaurants and shopping., well equipped, easy access to the beach by walking or driving. Just a wonderful place to go and enjoy the magnificence of God's creation.

First of all we deal with a real human being face to face that has a complete handle on our particular situation and make everything work seamlessly and very easy. Cobb never disappoints us. We have been coming down to Bolivar for years and we always stay beachfront. This is our 3rd stay at Keepin it Reel and this time was no different. The home is immaculate with all the comforts from home at your fingertips. The master bed is likely better than your own at home, comfortable furniture and a view for days. Surf, sand and sun.... What else do you need?

Keeping it Reel is a great name for this beach cabin. I only saw it from the outside when I booked it. When we arrived and unlocked the door it was way beyond my expections. We had a great time while there. We rented a golf cart and ate at the Stingaree. We also went to Galveston . But just staying at the cabin was so relaxing.

We have stayed at the Keepin' It Reel for the last three years. Property is in a prime location with easy beach access and the property is always in great shape. Layout is perfect and it has all the needed amenities. We have used Cobb for the last 5 year and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay at "Keeping It Reel" was just great. The property is in great condition, the kitchen is well equipped and clean as was the rest of the property and the location right on the beach just can not be beat. We were pleasantly surprised to find good restaurants and grocery stores right there nearby. All in all the property was as Cobb advertised and Cobb made the entire check in and check out experience very easy. This will be the first place we will try to rent on our next beach house vacation.

Planned a weeklong vacation at Bolivar for my daughter, her husband and my twin 2-year-old grandsons and our stay exceeded my expectations! The house was beautiful, modern, comfortable and well-suited for the three adults and two little ones. The enclosed deck was perfect for everyone to be outdoors and not have to worry about the boys streaking down the stairs and getting out to run the beach! The beachfront location right next to the road made it an easy trek each day to the water. I would absolutely stay here again!

We have been coming to the Bolivar Peninsula for vacation for several years and have always stayed in a different front row Cobb rental. . Keepin’it reel has been the BEST so far and the first home that we plan to visit again. Stunning views. Beautiful decor. Perfect deck furniture. The master bed is a Serta I-comfort and is so unbelievably comfortable. Every possible kitchen gadget is provided. Smart TV’s throughout the home. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN.

We found “Keepin it Reel” to be a clean, comfortable, house which has direct access to the beach. We liked that the sheets and towels were clean, but shrink wrapped, which helped us to feel secure in staying there despite the prevalent Covid 19 concerns. Everything about the house was great. There was very little dish washing soap, no hand soap, no paper towels, and the coffee filters did not fit the coffee pot. These were small things, but people should know to bring their own supplies of this sort if that is the norm. Overall, we thought this was a great beach house, and we will come back to visit again!

Wonderful week at a fabulous Ocean front Beach House. My Husband was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer, and before becoming too sick from the Chemo our Kids wanted a special Vacation for our whole Family to spend peaceful, quality time together. This House was perfect we loved it, and hope to return. To watch the beauty of the water had a healing affect on all of us I would highly recommend the house to anyone.

We enjoyed our week at Keepin it Reel. The cabin is beautiful, great layout for multiple families, and lots of room. The location is perfect if you are looking for a quieter area of the beach. The view is stunning from the deck! We will be back to Keepin it Reel.
