Location, Location, Location!
The property's location enough is reason to be a repeat customer! The floor plan makes it pleasurable for a group. The outdoor area is perfect for gathering and morning coffee!
We are already planning our next trip down!
the only thing is the name! We had no lazy days with this much to enjoy!

Lazy Days was the perfect fit for our annual family vacation. The layout of the whole house worked well. We will rent this house again.
The only issue is the WiFi on a scale of 1-10 (1=worst) was definitely a 1. Needs fixing!

Lazy Days was the perfect home for our family. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms we had plenty of space. The kitchen is spacious and there are tons of areas to hang out whether you’re inside or outside. We are already planning to book next summer.

The house was about 100 steps to the ocean. Great patio area which we sat outside and watched the waves in the mornings & evenings. We had a family of 10 and the house easily accommodated everyone. Also, there are outdoor showers to wash the sand off.

Two big suggestions -
1) Book directly with Cobb, it was a great experience.
2) Take food down and make easy meals. Burgers, hot dogs, spaghetti

Lazy Days was an amazing place to stay. The beach house was clean upon arrival. The house had plenty of room for our family of 12 to have space to have a fun time. The cargo elevator was great to get all our luggage and food into the house. The check out instructions were easy to follow. I recommend the place to anyone.

This was our second stay at Lazy Days. It's a perfect location with great views of the ocean. The house was well stocked and very clean. Every room is well deocorated and inviting! The porch is the largest we've seen and very cozy, with plenty of seating for a large family. This is our fourth vacation at Crystal Beach and we hope to be able to rent this property every year going forward!

We had a wonderful vacation at this gorgeous cabin!! We’ve never stayed in this location of the beach before and I would consider renting it next year again. It well suited my family. The deck is so spacious...loved the two swings!!
The only hiccup was the dryer. It wasn’t heating. I called Cobb’s and they sent maintenance who came out in a timely fashion. He said he had to order a new part but put in a used part until the new one came in but unfortunately the dryer still didn’t properly and the new part didn’t come in in time for us. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time!!!

This house offers plenty of space and a good floor plan for multiple families. Loved the views. Bring some mosquito foggers for outside shower and grill area as the mosquitoes were out (could have been due to the passing of Hurricane Beryl just before we arrived).

We rented Lazy Days for the location and the fenced yard for our dog. The house was spacious and clean. It fit our four families comfortably. Unfortunately for us, it rained the entire time we were there. Fortunately for us, the house had a huge porch with swings, chairs, table, and games. Our 3 four year olds were kept busy and entertained. I would definitely rent the house again for the porch as well as the easy access to the beach. We have been going to Crystal Beach for over 10 years. We have always rented through Cobb and have always had good customer service. Sad we missed out on the sun but the house made it easier for us to enjoy our stay.

This is our second time to stay at Lazy Days. The outdoor area is fantastic. Lots of room and always a nice beach breeze. I thought about not writing a review as I didn’t want to turn people on to this beautiful beach house.

This was our 2nd year for The Beaches Birthday Bash but our first stay at Lazy Days and there were 11 adults involved this year and we had a beachin' time! The huge deck plus all the amenities made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. Easy to accommodate individual or group relaxation and enjoyment for a week of fun in the sun!

This was one of the better rental homes we have ever stayed at, and I've been doing this for over twenty years nearly every summer. The home was great and well designed, and the deck was amazing. Very roomy for multiple families. If not for the multiple power outages on the peninsula that week, this would have been one of the best weeks ever.

Our family loved this beach home. Every detail was perfect. The inside is more than what you will see in the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and fully stocked with many extra items. Also, the checking in an out was efficient, and it had a different feel about it. It was nice to have a later check-out. No one wants to start hustling to get out in the early morning.

This house was perfect! It was so clean and welcoming! We were extremely happy with all the amenities and the house was well stocked. The porch was such a bonus with all the extra room and furniture.
I will definitely try to rent this beautiful home again.
