Lotz A View

Location was perfect. We like being in a gated community, since its just ladies. The bedrooms were all large. House was clean, & any questions we had were answered quickly. Would rent again.

Lots of View is a lovely home. We especially liked the layout of the bedrooms. 2 bedrooms to the 2 to the right, then in middle an open air kitchen and living area. Everything was very clean.

The stairs over the sand dune was excellent for the young group, but for a physically challenged person, going down the dune (no stairs on beach side) was somewhat challenging. Not crazy challenging but definitely needed a little help.

Great location. Property exactly like the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed all the rockers on the porch. The lift is a great bonus. I would recommend this home!

Cobb was great to work with! House was just right. House did match pics on website as to how bedrooms were set up but pretty close. Kitchen supplied well. Plenty of storage in kitchen. Love beach front. Kind of tough going over beach side of walkway cuz so much sand and hard to walk through. Loved it though. Very private. This was our second time at this house.

House is perfect, very clean, heat and air works great, Beautiful view. Would like to have better beach access and less stickers in the lawn. Pups feet got so many stickers they couldn't walk, just laid down and waited to be rescued. We walked them on the beach most of the time. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed. Really enjoyed our stay. Would have been better if it didn't rain everyday we were there except 2 nothing you can do about the weather. Not really any good restaurants on the island but kids loved the Ferry anyway, lots of dolphins playing. Thank you very much, would love to live in this home.

Everything was clean and well furnished with all the things we needed. The view was great and the beach was close and easy to get to and peaceful with nice friendly folks in the area. Everything worked including WiFi.
My only wish was that the area between the house and the walkover had been mowed. Hard to avoid the cockleburs when weeds that high. We managed as adults but if had brought the grandchildren would have been especially difficult.
Overall it was wonderful stay!

Lotz A View was the ideal getaway for our spring break with our daughter and my two brothers and their wives. The beach house was very nicely appointed and very clean. The beach was very clean and enjoyable for morning and sunset walks. Even though the weather was not ideal for a week at the beach, we still managed to get in some surf fishing and riding the waves. March weather can be quite unpredictable. We also enjoyed many hours of crabbing in the lagoon next to the property which yielded some very large Blue crabs. All in all we really enjoyed Lotz A view and will definitely return again. The Cobb Real Estate personnel were very professional and great to work with.

Great view and location. Nice getaway during Covid-19. House was a little dated but still very nice. Layout worked out great for the group that went. Look forward to working with Cobb again. This has been multiple times we have used them.

We had rented a beachfront house from Cobb early February to stay in June but we got a call and they told us the house we rented had sold! We were so disappointed because we really loved that house but Cobb set us up in Lotz a View instead and we were totally satisfied...What another great beach house. Very clean, well maintained, great location and every thing we needed...we even rode out tropical storm Cindy and still had a great time. Cobb Realestate takes good care of their vacationers!

Our family had an amazing week in this beachfront home. Its quiet location next to a stunning estuary made it the perfect spot for our small grandchildren to play during their visit. My ten-year old autistic son, who dislikes the crashing waves of the ocean, also found the estuary to be great fun, and we were delighted that he played in the water a lot more than usual. The location was gorgeous, and while removed from the chaos and bustle found further down the beach along The Zoo, the location here is still close enough to town for a quick jaunt to The Big Store. I highly recommend Lotz A View to families looking for a quiet and safe location to experience Crystal Beach. The neighborhood is also an incredible location for photographers wishing to capture the beauty of Bolivar. You'll find gorgeous flower filled dunes, an endless stream of birds, and gorgeous sunsets and breathtaking dawns that start and end each day of your stay.

We spent two weeks at this cabin and had a wonderful time. Kitchen was well stocked. We had enough space for all our older children to visit on the weekends. Layout was perfect for visiting and playing family games. Bedroom accommodations were perfect for all family. The view was unbelievable. Neighhood was very well kept and very quiet.

The beach house, Lotz of View, was the ideal vacation accomodations we ever rented. The house was so comfortable and with four grandkids the access to the beach ideal. The sun rises and sun sets from the balcony facing the beach were just fantastic. There was enough seating on the balcony for all of us to enjoy the beach view. And you could see the beach view from the living room and kitchen perfectly. Excellent place for a vacation!!

Lotz A View is a first rate beachfront property. My wife and I, accompanied by our daughter, her husband and 2 kids spent a week there in May, 2015. We were thoroughly impressed with everything about the Cobb organization and the house in particular. When we arrived the house was spotlessly clean. The hardwood floors, countertops, and appliances shined like new money. The inside of all the various appliances were also spotlessly clean as were the bathrooms. When we walked in the door for the first time the house smelled fresh and nice - no musty beachy odors. The furnishings were very comfortable and inviting. Just a totally welcoming place to get away from it all for a week. Only 100 yards to the beach and our own private walkover for beach access. The only minor shortcoming (for me) was lack of a WI-FI connection. Of course, "why would you want wi-fi at the beach?" And Cobb's graciously allows guests to connect at their office, but it would have been nice to have it at Lotz A View. Wi-Fi or not, we will definitely be back to Lotz A View next year.
