Out of the Blue

Great cabin with plenty of room. Not too far from beach. Great beach location. A little farther from big store but peaceful and wide beach scene. Owners checked in on us to ensure our stay was comfortable. Made great memories with family.

Decided to spend the Thanksgiving Holiday with my sisters their families, my Dad and my family somewhere other than our home. Out of the Blue proved to be the perfect location! Plenty of room/bedrooms for everyone to lay their heads at night. We chose Out of the Blue because of the 3 full bathrooms because of the number of people we had staying at the house. This was also a great choice! No one was waiting to shower or use the restroom during our stay. The kitchen was well appointed-we were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen, with the help of Honey Baked Ham ;) The covered porch proved to be a hit with everyone- the weather did not cooperate (was raining most of the time we were there) but we had enough room to to play corn hole and enjoy our time. We did bring a folding table to seat the kids for Thanksgiving dinner in the living room but other than that the property was super clean, well maintained and well appointed, we never felt as if we were on top of each other-plenty of room for the kids to hang out upstairs -adults downstairs. Plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy watching World Cup Soccer together in the downstairs living room as well. Also, the kitchen is bigger than appears in the pictures-pleasant surprise. The beach is a short walk from the house- a plus when the weather did break for us. Lastly Cobb Real Estate was GREAT! Very responsive when booking, professional when checking in and responsive when we were at the house- the power went out for the whole subdivision-result of the rain- for a couple of hours. Cobb was easy to get a hold of, helped us determine that the power was out for the entire subdivision and was there to help in case we needed it. All in all a GREAT experience. I'd rent from Cobb again without hesitation and would stay in this same subdivision/home again without hesitation. And have recommended that my friends do the same. Very impressed!

We really enjoyed the house, location and big deck where we all gathered after dinner. A really fun stay and the house was perfect! Sheets, towels and the kitchen had all the necessities. Very excited about our stay! The check in and check out were streamlined which is REALLY awesome!

We have been going to Crystal Beach with a large group for about 10 years. This home was perfect for our group. Plenty of beds and rooms so that we were able to use the layout well for our families.

The home was very spacious and just what we needed to accommodate my large family. The only thing I would've liked to have had was more pantry room for groceries. There was one small cabinet to store groceries so everything else had to be stored on top of the counters. Other than that everything was great from the management team to the cleanliness of the property.

Very good experience! Home is very nice. Appliances are awesome. Home was clean and neat. The children’s toys upstairs were so wonderful. Two suggestions: curtain in kitchen window and safety rails in bathrooms. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!

We had a cousin fun vacation. We had 8 children from 16yr to 5yr and 8 adults This home accommodated us perfectly. The kids were upstairs. They had a blast lists of room. They house was beautifully decorated and clean. We would definitely stay again. We did try to cook to many pancakes and flipped a breaker. They had a service man right over to help.
The beach was within walking distance. It was clean and not real packed. We were there over the 4th of July! Fireworks were excellent!!

Wonderful home. Great quiet location. My family, of about 18, all enjoyed the time they spent here. The shower outside could have been enclosed to make it more convenient. We will rent this location again, probably. A lift for those of us who have knee and back problems would be a welcome improvement. We were extremely satisfied with the home and the service.
