Vacation paradise is waiting for you when you stay at Paradise By The Sea, located in the prestigious gated community of Seagrass Beach. This beautifully decorated and well appointed four-bedroom home can comfortably accommodate up to 15 guests and was designed with vacation in mind. You'll find the home's high-end finishes and coastal décor will have you relaxing from the moment you arrive. With open living space, everyone in your group will have the space to spread out. When you aren't relaxing inside or lounging on the beach, you're sure to be spending time enjoying the outdoor spaces, including an oceanfront community pool! Paradise By The Sea has an open living space all on one level, joining the living area, dining area, and kitchen with 14' ceilings. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with high end appliances, ice machine and includes the cookware and dishware you need for preparing your favorite meals on vacation. The living room is comfortably furnished and centered around a large flat-screen TV. Each of bedrooms have smart, flat-screen TVs with streaming.
BEACH ACCESS: Walk over and golf cart access. For vehicle access use S. Cove.
SUMMER SEASON ARRIVAL DAYS ARE MONDAY or FRIDAY AND DEPARTURE DAYS ARE SUNDAY or THURSDAY. (Depending on reservations already set in place)
PETS ALLOWED w/ approval and fee.
10-20% INCREASE APPLIED TO RATES FOR ALL HOLIDAYS, SPRING BREAK AND CERTAIN EVENTS.

5/5 Stayed Mar 2022 Beautiful new home that offers the best of everything from furniture, appliances, tv’s, decor, to even the wine glasses! Pool and beach are a stones throw away, so perfect for teenagers wanting some freedom but not to far from mom and dad. We had gone for spring break, and this house was perfect, especially when you have several girls! There were a total of 8 bunk beds. The infinity pool was a plus and it was just a short walking distance to it. You also have beach access if you want to hang out by the beach.
Some other extras that we didn't expect were the Nespresso machine, waffle maker, and s'mores maker.

We absolutely loved our Thanksgiving stay at Paradise by the Sea. I love the beach this time of year-Cool temps and sunny skies and no crowds. Beautiful home, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and the garage space underneath complete with TV, and pingpong table were perfect for watching football. Everything was top notch. The check-in process was very easy and Seagrass was awesome. The house was immaculate and everything was perfect. House was stocked with games including ping pong and corn hole, etc. Easy access to the beach and the grounds were well kept. Overall, just a very great place and perfect setup for relaxation. This is the best rental we have ever stayed in. If it were a little cheaper in the summer I would book a standing reservation until our beach house is complete. The Fall special made it affordable for our family to rent. The location and the home is first class. The home could use some maintenance on the back yard. Cobb is always top notch.
