Pink Pelican

Really clean house in a perfect location! They had everything you would need for a quick beach stay, and were extremely helpful in the process of getting checked in. There were a few very minor things that fixing would be helpful, but I have no doubt those things will be fixed since we told them! Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The option of late arrival was very helpful, as I come from out of town and cannot get to the beach before 5pm. All the instructions were there. This is my second time to use Cobb and stay at the Pink Pelican. It was very relaxing and just what I needed.

House is in an awesome location. The beach is about a block away which is great if you don't want to drive. House had all the amenities that we needed. Only draw back is the Internet service is spotty but we were informed of this in our rental agreement so it wasn't that big of an issue. Would recommend it anyone who is looking for a house close to the beach.

The week spent at the Pink Pelican was perfect! The house was clean, well stocked. Everything operated well. Cobbs made check in seamless and the only issue we had with the internet password was resolved immediately. Looking forward to renting this cabin again.

The home is cozy and quickly you feel at home. The place was impeccable, the kitchen perfectly furnished as we cooked every meal.. we truly appreciated the lovely simple decor and the beach theme throughout. The beds and pillows were so comfortable.. thank you...we will be back with great pleasure !

The Pink Pelican is well worth the time & money. Perfect square footage and distance from town and the beach. It’s quite especially for July 4th.
