The option of late arrival was very helpful, as I come from out of town and cannot get to the beach before 5pm. All the instructions were there. House is in an awesome location. The beach is about a block away which is great if you don't want to drive. House had all the amenities that we needed. Only draw back is the Internet service is spotty but we were informed of this in our rental agreement so it wasn't that big of an issue. The week spent at the Pink Pelican was perfect! The house was clean, well stocked. Everything operated well. The home is cozy and quickly you feel at home. The place was impeccable, the kitchen perfectly furnished as we cooked every meal.. we truly appreciated the lovely simple decor and the beach theme throughout.
