You will never want to leave this incredible 3 bedroom home with screen porch, Tiki Bar and WiFi in family friendly Bluewater Subdivision. Great indoor and outdoor spaces, well stocked and close to the beach.
Primary Bedroom (King), Bedroom 2 (Queen / Twin Built-in Bunk), Bedroom 3 (Queen / Twin Built-in Bunk). Primary Bath (Large Rain-head Shower only), Guest Bath (Large freestanding soaking tub).
BEACH ACCESS: Subdivision has full beach access roads.
2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS: MONDAY OR FRIDAY (Depending upon reservations already set in place).
NO PETS ALLOWED.

THIS HOME WORKS WELL WITH SEA SONG, 23 YARDS TO THE SEA, 58 STEPS TO THE SEA, 8 SECONDS TO THE SEA, ISLE BE BACK, AMBERJACK, AND SANDY ORCHID LODGE.
Even when provided, Internet Access/Satellite TV/Cell service can be unreliable on The Bolivar Peninsula, as we are a rural community and weather sensitive area. We apologize, but Cobb Real Estate cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services.

The house was so nice- everything clean. Close enough to the beach to walk! We walked down in the evenings but drove if we had a lot of gear to set up if we stayed all day. Beds were comfortable and we loved the ambiance that the electric fireplace brought.
