Sea Salt On The Rim

This was my family’s second time at this property. Clean and not too far from the beach. Great place to stay for family vacation.

First time at a rental house we normally get a hotel, It is much more comfortable than a hotel, tons of room, full size refrigerator and stove is awesome.

Great location to beach. House is very clean we enjoyed our stay. There is no washer and dryer so a family of four going to the beach everyday can be a challenge.

Everything about the house was described accurately. It was very clean and cutely decorated! Rental experience went great. Especially liked that check in time was earlier than most rentals and check out time was later. We felt like we had quite a bit more time to enjoy our stay!

Very nice small cabin that was recently updated. We really enjoyed the stay and the house was perfect for 4 to 6 people. The only issue I had was no washer and dryer. Other than that, the cabin was really nice.

This property is so cute & so clean!!! So user friendly- plugs every and easily accessible for plugging in phone chargers and etc. We will definitely rent this place again!!!

Me, my son and wife decided with short notice to rent a house for a few days at Crystal Beach. This was a first for us. Of the rental sites available at Crystal Beach, Cobb Real Estate was the easiest and most intuitive to navigate and understand. This place worked out very well for us. Only issue was the remotes for the Roku TV's did not work, even with fresh batteries.

This was the perfect get away spot for our sisters and girlfriends weekend get away. Homey and comfortable and close enough to the beach and all the amenities that this lovely little town has to offer.

House is ,as other reviewers stated, older then we are used too. Most furnishings are dated as well. That being said, what we wanted was simply a place to hang our heads at night that was comfortable and safe. To that end this property filled the bill perfectly. If your looking for an inexpensive(comparatively) place to stay in Crystal Beach this place is more than expected .

I've stayed in this cabin before and even though it is older, it's clean and has all I need for stay at Crystal Beach. I had a great time.

It was an older cabin that reminded me of summers spent on that beach as a child. It was in great condition. I would suggest some power strips as there are limited plugs. Working with the Cobb staff was wonderful!

This is the 2nd year in a row that i have rented 4EMERALD. It is a nice older cabin but we love it. Only complaint this time was the sliding patio door did not lock and the grass was terribly high. They did offer me another cabin since the only entrance(in and out )would not lock. I would have liked for the grass to have been mowed before arriving because the mosquitos were bad.
Overall a good stay and will come back next year same time!

The cabin is a basic, older cabin. A good place to take the pups for a weekend! Safe and good location.

I thought the overall experience was great the people at Cobbs were very nice and professional, however I thought the length of time to receive my damage deposit was a bit excessive.

This house is old, but clean. The only real problem we had was there is only one window unit in the house providing AC therefore the rooms are warm at night.

We wanted gramma that is 89 an granpa is 80 to enjoy the beach. This worked out better than a hotel an a lot cheaper. They enjoyed the weather an being outdoors. Coming from Dallas which is very hot at this time an can't be outdoors cause of their age.
