Luce sold 4053 Biscayne for me about 5 years ago. Seashells is just across the street so it was like a homecoming. Great stay with my son and 3 brothers. The house was fantastic and weather was perfect. We've rented larger houses in Biscayne but this one was the newest and nicest by far.
