We love this place! It is close to the beach yet separated enough for comfort with young kids present. Beautiful and huge porch for relaxing on with ocean views. We have come here with extended family several times and it has been perfect for us! We Highly recommend!

This is our 10th year to stay in this beach cabin. The cabin fits our needs for our family. It is clean and the furnishings are just great. We especially like the deck furniture. We plan to return again next year.

This was our 9th vacation at Seaside Merryment. This vacation house has met our needs for a large family and we plan to do it again next year. The house is well decorated and the deck has great furniture.

The house was very welcoming. It was clean. The house was comfortably large.
The house was nicely decorated. It was apparent someone really loved this house. It had everything we needed to spend an exciting week preparing for our Grandson’s wedding in the beach.

We have stayed in this home three times for three weeks total over the past five years. It has a spectacular view and it’s very spacious. There’s a lot of love inside this house. Don’t think twice about renting it for a week.

A great time was had by all!! The beach was free of seaweed and relatively clean. Even with the new house next door Hope!s Heaven still has a great view.(A few small bowls, muffin pan and king bed in master would be nice)

Loved our trip this Memorial Day weekend. The staff at Cobbs was so easy to deal with and very patient and helpful. They helped us find to great cabins right next to each other, which is exactly what we needed. The location was fantastic also. Couldn't be happier with they suggested and made happen. The cabin was in great shape and the downstairs area was set up the best I've ever seen. Honestly everything was perfect. I'll definitely be using Cobbs from here on out. I highly recommend you do the same. Thanks again everyone at Cobbs.

This is our 2nd year to enjoy Hope's Heaven for Mother's Day weekend as well as CrabFest. We had all of our children and grandchildren there. The beach was beautiful. The house is perfect for our family. We made wonderful memories!

A extended weekend at the beach..Our ladies from our church decided to have a Beachretreat..we choose Hope's Heaven, beacuse of location and the size of home.
We were very please with all that it offered..the beautiful views of the gulf and the spacious deck, were very nice to enjoy.
The inside of the house was very clean and welcoming. the bedrooms set up nicely. Very spaious, never felt cramped.
Kitchen had everything that you would want for a get away to the beach..
Beautiful bathrooms, very large.
There is a nice walkway to the beach and a close entrance for drive on.
the down stairs has a great family area and plenty of parking.
we want to thank the owners for opening their home to us...we will be Back!!

Hope's Heaven was a perfect rental for our yearly Bolivar Vacation! The house was decorated so cute and the view and location was just what we wanted! Double showers downstairs, fantastic deck seating and well supplied kitchen! Looking forward to 2016 Bolivar Vacation!

Hope's Heaven was the best cabin yet since we have been renting. Nice quiet property. Very convenient to beach access and also the deck was awesome for sitting and relaxing and listening to the waves. Fun roomy cabin. Clean and very nice. I would definitely recommend Hope's Heaven to my Family and Friends! Loved eating at the Schooner on the water, Tiki Hut and Ocean Cafe!

It was very relaxing sitting on the deck and viewing the ocean. Great view all the beach house around us look great. Our cabin was very clean and a great floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes,glasses and pots and pans. The master bed room and bath excellent for private and comfort. The other side had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in the middle. The living area was very spacious. Our family enjoyed the beach and the BBQ area under the deck. Please inform the owners that we left a folding chair . Other than a rain storm or two the experience was great.

A wonderful home with beautiful views and cheerful electric fireplace for cold days. Missed having access to a grill for outdoor cooking but enjoyed the outdoor living area and fire pit.

We had a wonderful time at this beach house. Perfect location and the view was great. The furnishnings and decor were very nice. We espeacially liked the signs and color scheme. Everything was as presented. The only comment our group made was perhaps a tv in each of the other bedrooms.

This is a great beach house! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We brought paper products and cleansers but there was some supplies there already (still needed some of our paper products though, as expected). Everything was clean and tidy. It's a good size interior, and the deck is big (with a gate so our boys could play safely). Underneath the house is a huge area where family/friends can gather to cook and visit. The house is a short walk to the beach and, right now, it has great views of the waves.
We will definitely come back!

Hope's Heaven is great beach home. We very much enjoyed our week.
Cobb's (Robin) was great to work with for the second year. In fact,
our friends from Port Neches visited us for one day and like Hope's Heaven so much they rented it for a week in June.

This was a beautiful house with a great location. Lots of sleeping room, the bedrooms were arranged with large family's and kids in mind . Would go back anytime, and would not need to look for a better place to stay. It was a great trip- thanks.

My girlfriends and I stayed at Hope's Heaven for a Summer girls weekend. The pictures do not do this house justice. It is absoultely awesome and very relaxing. Definetly the best beachhouse any of us had visited. Complete with all kitchen supplies and comfortable beds too! This location is great because it is walking distance to the beach and very close to local grocery store as well. We had a fabulous weekend and plan to stay at Hope's Heaven again. Thanks also to Blanca she was very helpful in setting up our stay!

Hope's Heaven is a wonderful rental. We could have sat on the porch and never even made it to the beach. Tons of deck seating for all 12 guests. Great location, very clean, and has a fully stocked kitchen.
