Great place, no problems, would come back again

We stayed here twice a year for last 4years.Love location and house. Cobb always has taken care of us. We absolutely slaughtered the bullreds this year. 10 over 38 inches in surf. Stingaree and Tia Juanitas never let's us down either. Big Store is always there for our needs as well.

We love Shore Haven, this was our second time staying there. The house is big enough for a family but for two it's perfect as well. The big front deck has the best view of the waves and of course you can hear them crashing as well. The house is a couple of minutes from the Big Store or any of the restaurants. The house offers most anything you could need, we love it. We were sad to see that it's for sale and actually spent alot of time trying to figure out a way to buy it for yourselves. The house is a short walk from the beach or if you have alot to carry you may need to drive, we've done both. Overall you won't be disappointed.

The house is has great access to the beach and in a great location. The house itself is very well appointed with everything you need. The service by Cobb is excellent.

Shore Haven was a great rental! Perfect for a couple looking for a quiet get away. Great location - short walk to the beach. The house was very clean and well organized. Large kitchen with everything you need. The only negative would be the carpet little dingy and the outside shower would be nice to be enclosed. Cobb provided great service. When we arrived we had a problem with the bathroom sinks not draining, but they immediately sent someone over. Would definitely stay here again!

We always have a great experience with Cobb. Shore Haven has been our choice for several years now. We come in spring and fall. Never disappointed and always well taken care of by the ladies in the office. Love it and will be back for Bull Red run in fall. John and Val Thomas

We enjoyed this house. It has a great kitchen and plenty of space. Great location to the beach. The sunrises are spectacular and the beach was beautiful. Very comfortable furniture and beds. We have stayed in this house 2 times and have been very pleased.

WE go to Bolivar twice a year.This is our favorite house to stay at. Perfect location. Just wish we could use the elevator for our luggage and stuff, we are senior citizens.

We enjoyed our stay so much at Shore Haven. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. I can't say enough about the kitchen, it was stocked with everything you can imagine. The view from the deck was superb. We sat out for hours listening & watching the waves. The only con was that we had to hang a blanket on the window above the bed because the neighbors behind us would leave their outside decorative string lights on all night, it lit up our room like an landing strip, it was bad. Overall wonderful stay and will stay again. The walk to the beach very short distance.

Hurricane Nicholas hit us hard the first night we were there. The house was very sturdy.

The remainder of our week was amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, reading & walks on the beach. The house offered everything we could ask for. We are already looking to book this one again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shore Haven. The house is very nice and spacious. You can have both couches made out for beds and still have your kitchen and living area open. You have a great beach view and easy access to the beach. We will definitely try to stay there again.

We had a great time as usual and love the house. We love Galveston area and hope to retire there within 5 years. It rained nearly every day during the night and first thing in the morning but by noon it was cleared up.

Excellent beach house. This is the second time my family has stayed at this exact location and I would definitely stay here again. Very roomy and all amenities are kept up with remarkably. Only negative thing I would have to say is it would be nice to have the outside shower closed in for privacy.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Shore Haven beach cabin. It was so roomy and had everything available to us. We could not have asked for a better cabin. It also had a WONDERFUL view. There is nothing like waking up early in the morning and walking out to see the sun coming up and the waves crashing on the beach. We have had many different birthday themes in the past, but I do believe that this one tops all those prior. I not only have recommended to my family and friends to rent from Cobb and the Shore Haven Cabin, but we will definitely be back. Thank you Cobb for everything!!

This little beach house is beautiful, comfortable and well equipped. It is probably one of the cleanest places we have ever rented. This was our second visit and we will be back soon. Wish it was mine!

Loved the property itself, no problems at all. Spacious kitchen was great for cooking. Just as spacious as advertised. The only issue I ran into is that there is no internet service at this property. It's not advertised as having internet, but I think a disclaimer stating clearly "no internet/wifi" would have been nice. Still, my fault for not noticing.

Our 2nd time renting this particular beach house. Very clean, nice view and with most everything you could ask for in a rental. Cobbs is very courteous, helpful and professional. A trouble free stay and had a wonderful time. Will probably rent this one again.

The cabin was one we have rented in years past, so there were no surprises. Shore Haven is front row, where I can have my coffee on the deck and watch the brown pelicans fly over and shrimpers pull in their nets. A great cabin. Description, etc. from Cobb accurate....clean, well-maintained. Crystal now has the BIG store offering anything you need...several good restaurants..Stingaree...etc. Bought fresh shrimp right off the boat over by Milts. We had rented a golf cart which I recommend. We have been going to Crystal Beach all of our lives so we love it and the fact that we do not have to haul everything from home....Shore Haven is great....There were two of us who stayed all week, everyone else came when they could.

The staff at Cobb Real Estate were very courteous, friendly and helpful. The booking and stay was easy, in no way complicated, and my deposit was returned within a couple weeks after our stay. The beach house was very clean and comfortable with just about all the amenities one could ask for in a rental property. This house is listed as beachfront, but is actually sited behind an empty lot where it looks like a house once stood and a sand dune, though most of the houses now seem to be located behind the dune since hurricane Ike. With the now empty lot in front you do have an unobstructed view of the gulf and the beach, and the beach is only a few minute walk away which really was no inconvenience at all, though one might call it a second row house with a clear view. All in all, the house was nice and comfortable and I would be happy to rent this one again.

The perfect sumnmer vacation is a week at the beach, and one of the best spots is Crystal Beach. We found a rental cabin that was great for us and our family through Cobb's. We will be back soon!
