I rented Smile and Wave thru Cobb Real Estate and cannot say enough good about this company. Everyone was so pleasant to deal with from answering all my emails to the girls in the office. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a vacation rental. The house was perfect and the location was amazing My only regret is wishing I could've stayed longer. We are already planning for next year!!

We loved our stay at Smile N Wave!It was so nice and clean with much attention to detail and lovely decor! The Tiki Hut provided just the right amount of shade to enjoy the view of the water, read a book, or eat a meal while taking in the view. It's very spacious and well-stocked with kitchen essentials. We'd love to come back! Bring a blow drier. You'll have everything else you need!

This was a wonderful location. Everywhere we ate out was good. We spent a lot of time on the beach and at the water park. Can’t wait til next year!!

This house was so cute and had a great view of the beach. The house itself was in pretty great shape with only a few minor details that could be fixed or upgraded(main thing being the master shower head. It just needs to be replaced or tightened). I loved the space that this room had. Every room was spacious and the living and dining areas were perfect for our group! We spent so much time out on the big porch and the tiki hut part was my favorite!! The shade and beach breeze mixed with the perfect view of the beach made relaxing on the porch my favorite time of the day! The lift was an added bonus that paid off for us tremendously. Not having to cart our luggage and groceries up and down every time was so nice!! The neighbors are super nice too and their dog, Kenzi, loved to meet us outside and play with our kiddos! She’s a doll! I would absolutely rent this house again!! Oh, and the couch was so comfortable, I considered asking how much they would sell it to me for. Haha.

Everything was awesome! The whole experience from booking to checking in and out was all so easy. The cabin was very clean and well stocked. The view was amazing. It is considered 3rd row but there isn't a cabin directly in front so the view is great! We had a very relaxing time. We will definetly rent again.

We took a week long family vacation and it was a great experience. Dealing with Cobb is always easy and picking up the key took less than a minute. Smile N Wave was one of the most comfortable beach houses I have stayed in. It was well appointed and the living room was clearly designed to relax. The sofa and recliner were just what we needed to unwind a bit. The kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were all quality mattresses and provided some great nights of sleep. The best feature of the house was the location. It's a third row house, but several vacant lots across the street made it just as good as beach front. There was a fantastic view from the large deck. We'll definitely look at Smile N Wave for our next trip to Bolivar.

We had a large group vacationing together so we rented three separate homes. This home was very comfortable and was conveniently located to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The home was very clean and it provided all the necessities that we needed during our stay. One of our toilet handles was broken and they sent maintenance over within 15 minutes to repair. I would highly recommend this home and plan to stay again for our next trip.

Due to emergency weather in Beaumont we were able to rent this cabin! Everything was in PERFECT order and much appreciated by all.
