BEACH ACCESS: SUBDIVISION HAS WALK OVER/ GOLF CART ACCESS ONLY. NEAREST ROAD IS MAGNOLIA.
2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays) FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE: MONDAY OR FRIDAY (depending on reservations already in place).
PETS ALLOWED WITH APPROVAL AND ADDITIONAL FEE.

Even when provided, Internet Access/Satellite TV/Cell service can be unreliable on The Bolivar Peninsula, as we are a rural community and weather sensitive area. We apologize, but Cobb Real Estate cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services.

Southern comfort
You step into this beautiful home that is comfortable and spacious. So much room for family to visit, share meals, and relax. The porch was my favorite spot. To sit and read while the sounds of the waves relax your soul. We stayed at the beginning of May so call it off season and there were still plenty of things to do and see. The area had live music in the evenings and the beach wasn’t crowded. Check in was a smooth process however I only gave four stars because the management company didn’t provide us the details or directions until the day we were to arrive. Otherwise it was a five star stay. Highly recommend for all = a couple enjoying a get a way, a group of girlfriends looking for a place, or a family of 14-16 needing space this is a great place to “Stay awhile”!- Jim M from Conroe TX, Posted: 06/07/2023
Stay Awhile was a beautiful beach home! It was spacious and had everything our family needed! I enjoyed the sunrise on the porch every morning while reading! Our 5 grands loved the toy chest and the kid's games! The huge table was perfect for games. It was great having 3 bridges to get to the beach. Lesson learned: don't leave your cover up on the beach over night,ours was run over and destroyed by people on huge ATVs. Cobb Real Estate never disappoints! Perfect house and perfect neighborhood for our family week at the beach! The house was spotless. Beautiful view of the water and very close to the beach. Cobb Real Estate Inc is the best company that we have dealt with in the last 5 years that we have rented here at the beach. Our family will definitely be repeating our vacations in this house.
