Beautiful home
We loved our week in this lovely home. Great location to the beach and a beautiful deck that my parents loved to sit out on to watch the waves and that my kids thoroughly enjoyed running around and playing on. The kitchen had everything you could think of and there were plenty of pillows for everyone! The linens were very nice in the bedrooms, so nice that I got worried my kids might mess them up so I put them up in the closet away from little hands. We loved having the elevator as my Dad has some trouble with his knees and this made it very easy for him to come down and enjoy family time at the beach with us. We also enjoyed the faucet right by the stairs, it made it so easy to wash off sandy feet so that no sand got upstairs into the house. My husband can't wait to book this home again we will for sure be back!

We loved this home. The views were fantastic, and the proximity to the beach was awesome. The main area of the home was perfect for being together since the kitchen, dining, and living were all in one open area. Our senior dogs really benefitted from the elevator, and we loved the shaded downstairs area with swing and chairs for the warm afternoon sun. Would 100% stay here again, and look forward to a return visit. The Cobb team was also very responsive and it was cool to get a welcome gift from them - unexpected sweet surprise. Thanks for hosting us, we loved our stay!

This was our 4th year in this home and it is always the best time. Very nice home with great views. The deck has plenty of seating as well as the downstair area. The inside is decorated nicely and very spacious. Everything you could need is always available.

I would love to say something negative about this house but it would be a lie. My wife and I stayed here for two weeks and this is probably the nicest house we have stayed at and we have stayed at a lot. Love the downstairs area, loved loved loved the elevator. Having a gas stovetop was the best. The kitchen was the first house we have ever stayed in that had decent pots, pans and utensils. This will be the house we will choose every time we come back to Bolivar. Thank you owner for knowing how to present a rental house and thank you for making it available.

Summer Salt was the perfect home for us. It was very clean and just a few steps from the beach. This is the 2nd time I have rented from Cobb. I made a huge mistake on my reservation and they so graciously corrected it for me. Whew..that was a big mess-up on my part. Thank you Cobb for making yet another Bolivar vacation be 5 star! I highly recommend this home. The elevator was so

We stay on Bolivar at least once a year and have rented many different houses. This is the best one we have ever stayed in because it has everything we need. It is almost beachfront with an access road; has a good fence; a lift to help get food and luggage upstairs; and is supplied with plenty of dishes, pots and pans, appliances, and comfortable beds!
This was our second stay here and we will try to get this same house again next time we can.

It was the most well-stocked rental we've ever stayed in, and the cabin is top-notch in terms of decor, quality, furnishings, and cleanliness. The house was beautiful. It was exactly as we expected and more. Our family had a wonderful time. I definitely recommend Parcheesi! Brought back memories and we all fun. The kitchen was outstanding. I don't use the dishes and cookware in the houses we rent normally, but I did at Summer Salt and they had EVERYTHING I could possibly need plus. The view was great. The outside furniture is set up so that everyone gets an excellent view and everyone can talk. I can't say enough. Cheyenne nailed it as always. She's the best. Super helpful and always pleasant to talk to. The pirate parrots were pretty awesome.

Summer Salt is a beautiful home and the location and ocean views are amazing. We stepped into the home and it was instant relaxation. This house fit us perfectly. We needed to be close enough to see the water, a large yard for our pups, and room to relax. This is a great rental and we will definitely be staying here again.
The elevator worked well for bringing up food and suitcases. We stayed about two weeks and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it.
Cobb employees made our check in effortless.

This was our third time renting Summer Salt through Cobb Real Estate and it was the best stay yet. We had many choices of rentals during our week on Crystal Beach, and I'm so glad we chose Summer Salt again. It was like coming home. The house is in great shape and I was pleased to see that beach chairs, corn hole and other beach games were still there. The wifi worked perfectly for those in our party who were working remotely. There's ample seating on the gorgeous deck either in shade or sun; and the close proximity to the beach made getting on the sand a snap. The kitchen is better stocked than mine at home and the large mud room with washer and dryer (and elevator) is a bonus. The house was clean and inviting and the provided linens were good quality, crisp and fresh. Sunrise from the deck was spectacular each morning and our sunset rides along the beach in our rented cart from West Canal Beach Buggies were the perfect way to end the day. Summer Salt has become "our" house in Crystal Beach. Can't wait to come again.

This was our second time renting Summer Salt for a family getaway and as before, we had a wonderful time. This beautifully decorated house has everything you would want for cooking, playing on the beach or relaxing. We were happy to see a corn hole game (which we really enjoyed), four beach chairs for use on the beach, two loungers for sunning on the deck and plenty of chairs so that everyone could have their favorite seat. The views from the deck are spectacular and I can't get enough of the sound of the waves. Our adult children worked remote while we were there and had no problems accessing the wifi, even for Zoom calls. It's obvious the owners of this fabulous house have been very thoughtful in what to put in the house. There were games galore, DVD's for every age-level and taste, plenty of cooking utensils and pots/pans and several small appliances. We had two pups with us and never hesitated to let them roam the fenced yard. It's a short walk to the beach and we rented a golf cart so we could haul our gear in one trip and take sunset rides along the sand. We had an issue with the elevator on Sunday morning and a call to Cobb had someone out within a couple of hours to take a look. A maintenance tech arrived first thing Monday morning and had the elevator up and running again in 15 minutes. Our group enjoyed two dinners out at the newly opened Tia Juanita's Fish Camp and we bought fresh-off-the-boat shrimp from JB's Fish Market. We're already planning a return trip for later in the year.

This was our second time booking Summer Salt for our holiday breaks. This time we enjoyed our Thanksgiving break at this beautiful rental. We love the location and easy access to the beach. The home was very clean and having access to a home with an elevator is always a plus. My in-laws, who have trouble with stairs, were able to use the elevator with no problems. We love this house and look forward to coming again on a future holiday. Highly recommend Summer Salt!

Beautiful house in a great location. We vacationed over Mother’s Day weekend and enjoyed the Crab Festival.

The house is beautifully decorated and well laid out with plenty of room. The elevator was so nice for my grandson in a wheelchair and of course to carry suitcases. The fenced in yard was also a perk. Children could play while parents sat in swings under the house.

The beach was clean and well maintained. My family isn’t used to the vehicle traffic on the beach. We could walk on the beach early in the morning but by noon so many cars were parked near the water or by the dunes that it was hard to get around. However, with the house location, we could sit on the deck and people watch.

Local grocery store had everything we needed for meals. There were restaurants open for those who wanted to eat out.

Renting from Cobb is effortless. They have a real office 2 minutes away.
Now for the property:
1. REAL ELEVATOR (not an exterior lift made for cargo only.)
2. FENCED DOUBLE LOT for the pooches and toddlers

4. BEACH VIEWS (as close to beachfront as you can get)

Great kitchen, two fridges, big flatscreens with DISH TV, WIFI, great deck, Weber grill with three swings and huge picnic table on the ground level.
Dollar General, Family Dollar, Island Liquor, The Big Store (half supermarket / half Ace Hardware with beachwear, fishing supplies, etc) are all 2-5 minutes away.

We had a great time and loved the house. Enjoyed the games and movies that were provided at the house and the kids loved all the swings and the outdoor shower. My only complaint would be that there are stickers in the yard but that is minor, it was great to have a fenced in yard and not have to worry about our dogs getting out.

This house and the gated deck were perfect for us and our toddler. It was clean and ready for our arrival. We were so thankful to not have to pack linens to bring as well. The beach was crowded with too much traffic for our liking with a toddler. The deck and view from this house was PERFECT that we didn’t feel like we missed a thing from not sitting on the beach. We set up a baby pool and enjoyed the view from the deck! The kitchen was well set up and stocked with cookware and utensils and the extra refrigerator was a great surprise! The elevator was so helpful in loading and unloading the heavy things from the car. The fenced yard and gated driveway allowed our little girl to play freely without worry of street traffic. We had the absolute best time and loved the house so much that we have already rebooked! It was a memorable, relaxing family vacation!

This rental was amazing! The elevator was great for my grandma that stayed for a couple of days. The house is so spacious with tons of storage room. My kids loved the blocks and games that were there. They also loved the large yard. It is a short walk to the beach and has a great view. Rental company was amazing, especially when we locked ourselves out! We would definitely stay again!

We have rented cabins for many years but this one checked all the boxes. Fenced yard for the dog, elevator for our disabled kids and clean interior. The location to the beach is perfect, you can hear the waves. Convenient to all the town has to offer (store, waterslide etc). Beds were comfy and the board games available made the rain storms worth it. The only downside is the living room seating is limited to a small couch and two chairs. We are a family of 5 so movie night required a pallet on the floor (no one complained though). We will rent this cabin again!

We had a wonderful time in Crystal Beach at Summer Salt. This was our 4th summer at Crystal Beach but 1st time at Summer Salt & 1st experience with Cobb Realty. Info on Cobb Realty's website was very accurate. House was very clean, well furnished & has a great location! Unobstructed views of the beach, large fenced yard & plenty of parking. Kitchen had lots of dishes, cookware & various utensils including a Keurig & 2 regular coffee pots. (No food essentials like salt, pepper, etc but we always bring our own.) The lift was a great feature - made moving in & out quick & easy. Check in & out was super quick at Cobb. The ladies at Cobb were so friendly & helpful! Try Cobb Realty for your next rental!

Summer Salt is a great rental and the perfect location for getting all your gear to the beach without a golf cart. Beach-facing deck is delightful and the fenced yard was great for our dogs. The house is beautifully decorated and was the ideal size for our group of 5. Everything was neat and tidy when we arrived and the bathrooms were spotless. Direct TV worked perfectly and we all could use the wifi with no problems. Beds are comfortable and linens/towels (commercial) were of good quality. Bathrooms do not come with TP, soap or shower gel; bring those with you. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils; but it would be nice if there were some essentials like salt/pepper, spices, cooking oil and paper towels. You have to bring/purchase these. We saw no recycling bin and discovered that Crystal Beach does not recycle. Unfortunate as a lot of our trash was cans and bottles. It was great having the washer/dryer; detergent and softener sheets were there for our use. We purchased two beach umbrellas for use on the beach and left them in the storage closet for future guests. It would be nice if there were chairs that renters could take to the beach without having to bring/buy their own. The all-in-one grocery/hardware about a two minute drive from the house has everything you need. Great selection of food, drinks and beach gear. We talked to renters across the road who were having nothing but problems with little response from the management company for their rental (not Cobb). We felt fortunate to be in such a beautiful house where everything worked and was comfortable. We discovered we had left a beach game in the storage closet downstairs and Cobb Real Estate gladly mailed it back to us. Key pickup was fast and convenient to the house. Renter expectations and checkout procedures were clearly spelled out so there were no questions about what we had to do before departure. We had a wonderful weekend.

This house exceeded our expectations. My family of 8, ranging in ages over 4 generations rented this house for a week. We chose this house for the elevator to accommodate my mother and the fenced yard for my 2 yr old grandson. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The utility room is huge and has great space for storing your personal items. Beach access is a very short walk and the upper deck has a view of the beach. The downstairs shower was great for rinsing off the beach sand. We had 4 women sharing 2 bathrooms so the only room for improvement would be an additional bath or dressing area. Not enough to keep us away. We will definitely rent Summer Salt again!
