Sun Ray's

Sun Rays was a great 5 bedroom home. It was very clean and accommodating. The staff at Cobb Realty was always helpful and cheerful.

Overall we really enjoyed Sun Ray’s. Couple of things;
1) the pictures in the drawers and cabinets was very helpful
2) the refrigerator in the pantry did not work (a 2nd refrigerator is very helpful)
3) there were no spatulas in the house (we bought a couple and donated them)

House was great in a location easy access to the beach, it was clean and stocked with everything you would need. It had plenty of room for our extended family. The two bunk rooms were awesome for all the kids. Would definitely book it again.

But, few things that need to be fixed: Second fridge in laundry room didn’t work. The Dyson needs a new battery only lasted like 30 seconds a charge. The door shelves in the kitchen fridge. The cardboard was a nice touch, lol.

Cabin was perfect for several families. Plenty of space and beds. Crib and high chair too! Very clean and fully stocked kitchen. Grandkids were pleased with toys and games. We would definitely return!

Loved the house. It was clean and well stocked. I did miss having an ocean view. I would have enjoyed it a lot more if tropical storm Alberto didn’t show up for most of the week. I wouldn’t rent from any company other than Cobbs. You guys have always been great.

Wonderfully appointed home, well-equipped for children (highchair, baby bed), nice appliances. Yard maintenance noticed the a/c was dripping before we did and he called it in for us. Clean inside and out, comfortable beds. Plenty of seating inside and on the porches. I reserved it for next year when I checked out.

Our grandson who is 3 was so excited to see all the toys that were available for him to play with. The property was within walking distance of the beach and the amenities were top-notch. The lay-out of the house was perfect for our group. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family makes an annual summer trip to the peninsula with all the kids and grandkids. Sun Ray's is the best rental we've had. Great amenities (fenced yard, cargo lift) and plenty of room. Lovely decorating, lots of seats for eating.

The entire family enjoyed their stay in a range of 80 to six years old with fun for everyone. The cabin was beautiful clean and had everything we needed the location was a short walk to the beach and a very lovely neighborhood If you stay at this cabin you will enjoy your stay I highly recommend it
