Sunrise Paradise is located in the popular Emerald Beach 1 subdivision and sits on an oversized corner lot with fenced side yard. Inside you will find an open living and kitchen are so all can gather together for meal or movie night. 3 comfortable bedrooms, all with Tv's. See and hear the ocean from the large deck while enjoying the sunrise with your morning coffee. From the back deck, accessible from the dining room and the primary suite, you can take in the sunset. Back deck also features a second staircase that leads to the fenced side yard with built in fire pit and easy access for pets. Sunrise Paradise is a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, in minutes you can enjoy sun, sand and fun!

Fantastic house! Everything and more you could want. Beautiful decor in every room. The kitchen had all the appliances and more. So relaxing to sit on the front patio and watch the waves. So convenient in the mornings to let the dogs out the master bedroom on to the back porch and down to the fenced side yard. Great swings down stairs. Awesome Beach house

Top Notch Beach House
This place was amazing. I've stayed in a lot of places throughout the beach. This place was well kept and had a lot of areas to relax. 2 top area and bottom chill area. Close enough to the beach to relax with a glass of bourbon & a cigar with the waves in the back ground. I will be making my way back to this place. Spectabulous House
I think I’ve stayed in 87% of the houses in the Crystal Beach area. The bottom bunk bed in the first room on the left was the most comfortable mattress out of any of those in that 87%. I’m 100% sure of that. I’m also 100% sure I will stay at this house again in the future. Why take a chance on a different house with low quality mattresses? I will be honest, the top bunk mattress was not the same as the bottom. But top bunks are lame anyway. It’s way too hot up there. Heat rises. This is the second year to rent this cabin. I love the location (close to the beach). It is very roomy and comfortable. I was very disappointed when we arrived the cabin stunk like WET DOG, and there was dog hair everywhere. It looked like it had not been vacuumed and not all the beds had linens on them. It was almost like the cleaning people had to leave and forgot to come back and finish it.

We are starting our first annual family vacation. Sunrise Paradise is a perfect three bedroom two bathroom spot just off the beach. We enjoyed coffee on the amazing balconies, spent our days on the beach, and cooked amazing family meals each night. We loved the hidden board games.
