Surf and Seahorse
This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The upstairs house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of room for 8 adults and 4 children. The downstairs, though, was THE place to be. We had no idea so much would be provided, for children and adults, we all had plenty to keep us entertained! Family staying in the area also thought this house was "the bomb". Would love to stay here again!

The location was perfect on the canal but walking distance to the beach. The beds are comfortable and the house is very roomy. It is exactly as described online. There was a great space downstairs for hanging with outdoor games for the days it was rainy. The kitchen is equipped with anything you might need. We absolutely loved our time at the house, 100% recommend, and will definitely stay again. This was our first rental with Cobb and it was an easy booking experience. Overall great vacation.

This was the 13th year of our ladies group to have a beach vacation. This is our favorite house! We want to stay there next year, too. It was very nice, clean and comfy. Plenty of comfortable beds and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked. The lift was great to get all of our gear upstairs. It was so peaceful, being next to the canal, watching the sun rise and set and all the wildlife nearby. The living room and dining area were large and spacious, plenty of room for our group to enjoy dinner, playing games and watching TV. The beach access was perfect, too. We were also close to The Big Store and restaurants and JB's for fresh shrimp. Thank you Surf and Seahorse for a wonderful vacation. Hope to see you again, next year>

Our stay was wonderful!! The house was clean and in great shape, great location (close to the Big Store). The management was super helpful, we didn’t need them except for a question about the lift and it was a breeze. We will definitely be renting this house again!! The game room downstairs was a great bonus. The furniture was super comfortable and plenty of room for all 9 of us to hang out and watch tv or play games. The bar area downstairs was perfect for karaoke.

We enjoyed our stay at Surf & Seahorse very much! The cabin was very well-appointed and very nicely decorated. The owners of this cabin have ensured you have a great time even if the weather doesn’t cooperate (puzzles, games, dvds, and a bar area on the ground floor, etc).

It was a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach, and The Big Store and fishing were just a few minutes away (we launched at Stingarees Marina).

We loved having the elevator for our family member who is in a wheelchair. The only improvement I would make is widening at least one bathroom door to accommodate the width of a wheelchair. We were able to make it work and had a great time though! Thanks!

This is a beautiful, clean, very well appointed, comfortable home in a nice neighborhood with a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed it so much that we are planning another stay!
Additionally, the COBB management people were kind in working with me through a difficult situation. The check in and out process was very easy with good written instructions provided.

All in all, my experience was very good. Except for the two days we were without the "lift", I couldn't ask for a better experience. We had our 21 year old Special Needs granddaughter with us, and it was very difficult getting her up and down those stairs. The house was perfect...well supplied, very comfortable, and a good location. We will definitely rent again.

When we arrived, the house was amazing. It was cleaned well and met all the expectations , we visioned. The elevator is a must for us! The downstairs area had the large relaxing area for the guys and the game room was an extra area, for fun! The house was decorated beautiful and it was so relaxing. I would stay there again! We are totally enjoying doing business with Cobb Realestate, they go above and beyond, to make your stay, a comfortable one.

We had the greatest time. We have rented houses for over 10 years and have stayed in some great homes. However we do believe that this is the greatest one we have stayed in. Loved the layout and the location. It was very clean and had everything that we needed for a great vacation. We are planing on trying to get the house next year.

This house was beautiful, clean, and met our needs perfectly for a family of 6. The lift was super helpful in loading and unloading bags, etc. The location was absolutely perfect for a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely rent again and recommend this property for families or multiple couples.

My family of 8 recently stayed at a beach cabin that was perfect for our needs. The cabin had 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and it was located just steps from the beach. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our own meals, and the living room was spacious and comfortable.

Overall, we had a wonderful time at the beach cabin. It was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy each other's company. I would definitely recommend this cabin to other families.

If you are looking for a beach cabin that can accommodate a large family, I would highly recommend this one. It was the perfect place for us to relax and enjoy our vacation.

We loved the house. The downstairs was great for family activities, especially with the fenced yard. One of our dogs was too curious and landed in the canal, but she learned not to do it again! The house was the perfect size and the living area comfortable for the 6 of us! The kitchen was well stocked and we didn't need for anything. Will definitely stay again!
