This spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bath canal home sleeps up to 12 and combines direct bay access and beach access, great outdoor living spaces, and an impressive collection of extras for fishing, crabbing and days at the beach.

- Boaters will love the private boat slip and boat lift, with direct canal access to the Intracoastal Waterway and Galveston Bay. When you come back with the day's catch, there's a convenient fish-cleaning station ready to go. The owners have also provided fishing buckets, wire crab traps, crab nets, cast nets and fishing nets, making The Blue Crab an especially fun choice for families who want to spend some time fishing and crabbing during their stay.

- The outdoor spaces are another highlight. The wraparound deck offers 360-degree views with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the coastal breeze. Relax on a chaise lounge, gather around the large outdoor dining table, enjoy the swings, or find your favorite spot to take in the canal, bay and beach views. Outdoor lighting lets you enjoy the decks after sunset, and a large rolling fan is provided for those warmer coastal days.

- Downstairs, you'll find even more room to relax with a bar and stools, gas grill, outdoor shower and fire pit—a great setup for grilling dinner, cleaning up after the beach, or spending an evening outside with family and friends.

- Beach days are easy at The Blue Crab. Beach access is located at the end of the road across Highway 87, with access by walking path or golf cart. The house includes a large beach wagon for hauling chairs, coolers and gear, along with a sand rake and a large 120-quart Igloo cooler.

- Want to leave the car parked? **A 6-seater golf cart is available for an additional charge**, making trips to the beach and around the neighborhood even easier. Guests can also enjoy **complimentary bicycles**, and a bicycle pump is provided at the house.

- Inside, The Blue Crab offers plenty of space for families and groups traveling together. The home features a very well-equipped kitchen, along with comfortable living spaces, Wi-Fi and Smart TVs. TV antennas are also provided to pick up available Houston-area stations.

- The Blue Crab is also pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join the vacation. The yard is fully fenced.

- What really sets The Blue Crab apart is how much there is to do without having to bring everything from home. Spend the morning fishing the bay, try your luck with the crab traps, take the bikes out for a ride, load up the wagon for an afternoon at the beach, and come home to grill dinner and relax around the fire pit. Whether you're here for the water, the beach or a little of both, The Blue Crab makes it easy to enjoy your time on the Bolivar Peninsula.
