New to our rental program! Charming 2 bedroom beach house with spacious living/kitchen area, coastal decor and large kitchen island. Great deck furniture and just a quick trip to the beach are just a few of the amenities that make this affordable cutie so appealing.
PRIMARY BEDROOM (KING), BEDROOM 2 (QUEEN, TWIN/TWIN BUNK), EXTRA SLEEPING (LIVING ROOM QUEEN SLEEPER). BATHROOM (SHOWER) AND POWDER ROOM.
BEACH ACCESS: Subdivision has full beach access.

FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE typically MONDAY OR FRIDAY AND DEPARTURE DAYS ARE SUNDAY OR THURSDAY. (Depending on reservations already set in place) For alternate arrival and departure days, please contact our office.

THE HAPPY PATCH - GIRL'S GETAWAY!
Another amazing, fun "Girl's Trip" to the beach and The Happy Patch was the perfect place for us to kick back, relax, with lots of laughs, some beach time that was a short ride on the golf cart and is also close enough you could walk! There were wonderful restaurants and great boutiques for shopping that we all enjoyed! The Happy Patch is decorated with beautiful, beachy colors, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen area and seating - and everything makes you feel like it is your home....just bring your swimsuit and you're all set! HAPPY AT THE HAPPY PATCH
This beach house has EVERYTHING! Well appointed kitchen, washer/dryer and great entertainment areas inside and out. It’s comfortable, light, bright and airy. The beachy aesthetics makes it a joyful retreat. A very short walk or drive to the entrance of the beach. Seriously, just a couple of rows walk. We enjoyed cocktails and great seafood at nearby establishments, as well as meals in the house. The beds offer comfortable and restful sleep. The only negative I can comment is that we had to leave. My Happy Place
The Happy Patch is one of my favorite Happy places! The peaceful beach vibe and calming colors of the interior are the perfect place to rest and relax! Loved the extra outdoor shower and the wraparound porch! Perfect to sit and enjoy coffee in the morning and other beverages in the evening. I slept on the sofa and even that was super comfy - the beds all got a thumbs up too. A short walk or drive to the beach- great location to all the local restaurants.
