Beautiful Beach House!
I’m obsessed with this place. I’ve been coming to the gulf coast my whole life but this was my first time in such a cool house. The walls had custom murals and neon lights, the art was fun, the upstairs deck was full of chairs with a direct view of the ocean. I could sit on the deck and watch the pelicans flying through the neighborhood and over the waves forever! We also found toys and games in the garage, showered in the outdoor shower, hung out down the street at Stingaree for bay view sunsets, I wish I never had to leave. We could tell the owners loved this place and wanted us to love it too! The little details were definitely considered from the extra pillows and throws to plenty of hooks in the bathroom. The non stop Instagramable background moments and ambience of the living room made for a fun tropical stay. Hoping to come back again because the house is just toooooooo cute to not!

Great Fishing
If you read one thing from this review, it’s that you should rent the Neon Moon in Crystal Beach. I came for a weekend of seafood and fishing and was not disappointed. Each morning I took a short walk to the beach with my pole and bait and could have easily spent all day there. I enjoyed talking with JB and buying fresh shrimp from him as he was located only a few miles south of my location. My buddies and I limited out on trout from both fishing trips and the house had ample fridge and freezer space so we could store all our freshly caught and cleaned fish. We had a blast grilling our catch of the day downstairs while playing cornhole. This inviting and spacious house helped make for a great gathering spot for friends. It was a fun time and we would book the Neon Moon again for our beach and fishing needs.

Kid friendly beach house
This was our first time visiting Crystal Beach and it is now our new favorite beach destination! Pretty beach, friendly people, and great atmosphere! It was a treat to have our morning coffee on the porch with such a beautiful view! This house is very kid friendly! We cooked most meals at the house which was made easy thanks to all the kitchen amenities. The Neon Moon is located on a short dead end street which was great so the kids could play in the yard without worrying about traffic. The house was clean and inviting and the artwork and environment inside is more fun than any rental I’ve ever stayed at! We will absolutely come back to continue our search for shark teeth and hermit crabs! We highly recommend the Neon Moon and can hardly wait to come back!

Highly Recommend!
We loved The Neon Moon! From the moment we got there and saw the fun mural on the wall with the neon light vibe we knew it was going to be a great vacation! It was the perfect location - we loved the view of the beach and listening to the waves from the deck. We saw dolphins in the water from the porch, watched the pelicans fly overhead, searched for shark teeth, and played in the surf. The house was just as described - bright, comfortable beds, clean environment, fully stocked kitchen, lots of sand toys, boogie boards, yard games, and more! We highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

We are so glad we found this rental. It is the only one we will rent from now on. It is as cute as all the pictures and just a few steps from the beach. It’s close to the Big Store and the cabin has everything you need to make great meals. The beds are comfortable and room layouts are good. Looking forward to our next trip!!

Our stay @ The Neon Moon was great!! My grandson loved the little added neon lights in the hallway.
The view of the beach was fabulous and the house was very clean and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay at the Neon Moon. The cabin was as shown in the pictures. It was well appointed.A quick walk to the beach. We spent many morning on the deck listening to the waves and relaxing.

The Neon Moon was perfect! This house is beautiful! We loved all of the details of the house. All of the beds were super comfy, great lay-out, kitchen was nicely stocked, plenty of seating in the kitchen and the living room for all the tired kids to watch a movie at the end of a long day in the waves! Love this place!

My husband and I are visitors to the Crystal Beach area every April and September. In a last minute decision, we decided to go down to the island for a winter break, Thursday-Monday. We also decided since it was just the 2 of us and our fur baby to stay at a different property than we normally stay. The property was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped, views of the beach/water were good. The only negative concerning this property as compared to the other property we typically rent is the fact there was not a lift!
All in all, the visit down to Crystal Beach provided some much needed rest and relaxation.

From the moment we entered Neon Moon till our sad departure, we enjoyed a stress free vacation in comfort and luxury. The amenities are exceptional and the views were great!
On the rare occasions we needed assistance, the Cobb Crew were courteous and prompt in fulfilling our needs. Kudos to the team!
We will definitely be back.
