The Salty Beaver is a waterfront/canal front property is designed for comfort, convenience, and coastal living. Sister property to The Crabby Beaver right next door, Salty beaver is loaded with the best amenities; Screened porch for year-round enjoyment. Multiple decks and seating areas with swings, chaise lounges, picnic table, bar area, fish cleaning station, RV hook up (30/50 amp, space: 16 ft tall, 20 wide, 45 long for additional $50 per night), boat slip, fully fenced with multiple gates.

Primary Bedroom (Queen), Portable Sleeping (2 Twin memory foam Roll-Away beds), Bathroom (Glass Shower w/bench).

BEACH ACCESS: End of road, across Hwy 87 is a walkover, golf cart access.

2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays)

FOR WEEKLY RENTALS (Summer), ARRIVAL DAYS ARE: MONDAY OR FRIDAY (depending on reservations already in place). For alternate arrival days, please call out office.
