The Shore House

Fantastic Vacation Spot!
This house is right on the beach. I mean on the beach. The huge porch overlooks the ocean and its so close that the kids can play while you kick back on the porch and watch from the comfort of the lounge chairs. The beds are soft and clean and the kitchen and living room are open and set up perfect for conversations or napping on the couch. We love this house and plan to keep coming back.

We had a great stay at the Shore House. Perfect location and the house was well appointed and clean. Management was very responsive to questions and help with door lock instructions. Water and beach were cleaner than I've ever seen. Would stay again!

The location of this rental was great! With this house being right on the beach it was very convenient and the view was fabulous! We were very comfortable staying in this beach house and there was plenty of room for everyone. I would love to stay there again!

Absolutely love this house, this is our 2nd time staying at the shore house, and also using Cobb Realty. Both times was a great experience. House is always clean. Location is the best. Will stay again at same house every time.

The Shore House is a newer beach house which is nicely decorated and comfortable. It is on the front line of beach houses with direct access to the beach. This is a fairly busy section of beach, with large rental homes behind the house, so it can be a busy area. However, the house itself was great, and having sheets and towels with beds made, was very welcoming. We also enjoyed the bucket of dish soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet paper and trash bags. This was a welcome addition to our rental experience.

This is the best location! We always visit Crystal Beach for the July 4 holiday & this deck is perfect for watching the fireworks. The house is clean, cozy and well maintained. We have rented numerous beach houses over the years and The Shore House is the best yet!

Right on the beach. 20 second walk to the sand. Water pressure in the shower is amazing. Everything u need is already in the kitchen. Will book again.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was as close to the beach as possible. It was clean and had a great layout that made is seem larger that it was. Especially liked the service and extras from Cobb Real Estate. Received a beach bag when we checked in and free DVD movies from a machine located outside their office.(Yes, I know DVDs are somewhat old school - however it was a nice extra.) Something that seemed odd but worked out well was that no sheets or towels were provided after summer. We chose to get these provided for an extra fee. This actully worked out great since these were all left in a large bag upon entering the property. Each sheet set, towel set, and kitchen towels were individually wrapped in cellophane. This made us feel like they were freshly washed and clean. This was our first rental from Cobb but it will not be the last.

We had a great time! Your staff was very helpful. Everything was right where we could find it all was very clean. The views were wonderful, even the storm we had. We saw a marriage proposal and right next door to us the best fireworks show I’ve seen in years. Thanks and great job!

The view was is incredible. The location is perfect. The house is new and the layout is perfect. Absolutely no issues while staying at The Shore House. I definitely would recommend this house to friends and family. Beautiful!

This place is fantastic. The beach is just a few feet away. We enjoyed just being able to relax and enjoy our time on the island. A constant and steady breeze makes sitting on the balcony an absolute pleasure. The moon over the water was such a visually amazing experience. The long walks along the beach make you never want to leave there. We often were greeted by hundreds of small hermit crabs during our walks. There are not a lot of restaurants on the island which was not a bad thing at all. The Ferry ride over to Galveston was always a pleasure as it had great views and dolphins. It certainly did not disappoint. The House itself was well furnished. Washer and Dryer, Coffee pot and Keurig, plenty of cabinet space for a long stay. Ceiling fans in every room. A grill downstairs which was a joy to cook out on the beach. Plenty of parking. The owners spared no expense on this place.

This beautiful 3b 2F/B very clean beach front house was amazing! This house came with grill, games, beach toys, dishes, and more. The view to the beach off the deck was beautiful. Great location, had privacy. Absolutely love this house, will definitely like this house again.
