Beautifully appointed beach house with great views, lots of amenities and close to the beach! In popular Holiday Shores subdivision.
PRIMARY BEDROOM (KING, FULL SLEEPER SOFA), BEDROOM 2 (QUEEN, TWIN/FULL BUNK WITH TWIN TRUNDLE), BEDROOM 3 (2 TWIN/FULL BUNKS). PRIMARY BATH EN SUITE (SHOWER ONLY), GUEST BATH (TUB/SHOWER COMBO).
BEACH ACCESS: Located off of full beach access road.

The house was absolutely lovely; nice decorated with open floor plan and very comfortable. We didn't want to leave. My loving care of this house was to take care of this place like it my own It was wonderful we had a blast the best ever my family loved it. Chateau Mingo is beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable. It is located in a quite neighborhood, a few miles away from the most active beaches and commercial areas. While my teen daughter and her friends would have liked a more central location, I enjoyed the quieter beach that was an easy golf cart ride away, and it was so nice to watch the waves from the deck of the cabin! A few disappointments include... The new construction going on directly across from us made for a messy view and noisy days, though this was out of control of the owners/realtor. The cool outdoor area under the cabin was pretty mildewy and dusty. This would have been improved with a good bleach water pressure washing before our stay. I also detected a bit of mildew smell under the kitchen sink and in the master bathroom, though I understand how this can happen in a high humidity area. Last, we found it odd that the front door had a keypad entry for which we had no code, nor did the key work in the lock. When locking up, we always had to enter and exit through one of the bedrooms! Regardless, our stay was enjoyable, we appreciated the comforts and aesthetics of Chateau Mingo, and look forward to returning another time.- Christina H. from Conroe, Posted: 03/19/2023
