Great Family Getaway!
The house and property were super clean. Super spacious and great amenities for the whole family. We caught a bunch of blue crab and the beach is only a short walk from the house. Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay at Blue Heaven
My family and I had an absolutely amazing stay at Blue Heaven this past week! Wonderful views, amazing location that is just a quick walk to the water, and plenty of bedrooms and space to accommodate our large group. The owners have stocked the house with plenty of linens, towels, and kitchen items so you don’t have to bring a thing. If you are coming to Crystal Beach, Blue Heaven is a great place to stay! Can’t wait to come back with my family!

Amazing
This house is all you need . It is a beautifully decorated home, one of the originals left on Crystal Beach. Well equipped Great location, private. The lift is Huge bonus. We will be staying again this year.

Amazing home
Dont be fooled by the word cabin, this is an amazing home with everything you need including a great deck. There is nothing lilke the sound of the beach while you are have deck time at this home. I will do this again soon.

Blue Heaven
Great home! We enjoyed our stay @ Blue Heaven! It was well appointed & convenient to beach & all places. We had 6 adults & 2 small children -still had a bedroom left unused. Lots of space for all & enjoyed the large decks (up & down)!!! We had everything we needed and loved the location. Quick walk to the beach & visible from the house. we ate so much good food close by & brought home fresh seafood-so good! Had everything we needed for adults & young kids! Well appointed kitchen for cooking. All was great! Recommend renting a golf cart for the beach -was so useful & driving friend’s jeep on beach was fun too! Loved it there!

We stayed at Blue Heaven 6/2 - 6/5/2022. The house was very clean and nicely arranged. There was plenty of room for everyone to comfortably sleep. We did bring a lot of food for 11 people and have a lot of space for storing it. But that was a very minor inconvenience. Outside was immaculate, and the cargo lift was a huge bonus.

We enjoyed our stay here. There were lots of thongs to entertain our 6 grandkids - playhouses, kiddy pools, games, puzzles, and turtles!!! Very clean and well decorated. It was odd to have a separate linen/towel fee but it was overall still a good value.

Great place! So many extras provided, games, kitchen items. More lighting in the kitchen and dining area would be great, but we are definitely returning for another visit.

The home was close to the beach and spacious enough for all to have enough room to spread out! Kitchen was wonderful with open concept and bedrooms were perfect for everyone! Porch was amazing with plenty of seating! Playhouse was perfect for grands.
Thank you so much for the cleanliness of the home! We loved it!!!

Thank you Cobb Real state Homes for our wonderful beach house!! It was just perfect and everything we eeded for all of us, this summer beach vacation. WE rented the BLUE HAVEN house. We cooked in the very well stocked kitchen, which was big enough for me to cook with my 2 daughters. The bedrooms were beautiful and comfy! The huge wrap around porch was incredible and perfect for morning coffee and afternoon ames. You take very good care of your homes. WE will see vou again!! COBB REAL STATE AND BLUE HAVEN.....

We rented this cabin after Christmas so we could relax after the Holiday. it was exactly what we needed. Plenty of room upstairs and downstairs. The kids had a great time under the cabin while it rained, the deck was very large and the view was perfect. Definitely a great spot.

This would be the second time we rented Always 5 o'clock. Our experience there was wonderful. We enjoyed the location, layout of the house and overall condition of the house. The first few day the a/c was not delivering what it should but after a service call and 20 minutes later we were good to ho. We had a great 4th of July, thanks.

We had a great time and the house was beautiful. I would like to make a few comments about the amenities. The property said that it had an outdoor shower. I was expecting a private shower with hot and cold water but it was a shower head hooked up to a hose. I usually like to have my kids outside so that all the sand is off of them and we do not have to use the indoor showers. With 14 people and only two hot/cold showers in the house it was time consuming. Also there are no electrical outlets on the outside of the house so you could not play a radio outside and more important we could not plug in our golf cart. The last suggestion is for the master bedroom and one of the guest bedrooms. I wish there was a dresser or closet so that you can put your clothes away. As it is your luggage just lays open on the floor. I like to put my clothes away so they do not get dirty or sandy. Other than those few issues the house is just beautiful and has a great floor plan. Our vacation was wonderful. Even though the house is on the 5th row you do not feel like it is far from the beach there is a good view of the ocean and my kids loved the pond in front of the house for fishing. WE have always rented from Cobb because they are helpful and friendly and have the best houses.

Location to the beach was fantastic. Could sit on porch or look out front cabin windows and see the ocean. This cabin is on a dead end street which makes it a very quiet and private location. The staff at Cobb's are very friendly and helpful. From the very start to the end of our stay any dealings with the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property to relatives and friends.

Our 4 day mini vacation was a great success thanks to Cobb Realty. The Almost 5 O Clock beach home meet our needs 100%. Although we were about the 5 row to the beach, beach access was very accessible. Look forward to staying here again in the future.
