High TIde Hideaway is a newly built, beautifully decorated and well-appointed beach house on the 2nd row with great gulf views and just steps from the beach.

LINENS INCLUDED PETS ALLOWED WITH APPROVAL AND FEE. PRIMARY BEDROOM (QUEEN), BEDROOM 2 (QUEEN), BEDROOM 3 (1 TWIN/FULL BUNK WITH FULL TRUNDLE, 1 TWIN/TWIN BUNK), LIVING ROOM (QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA). PRIMARY BATHROOM (WALK-IN SHOWER), GUEST BATHROOM (TUB/SHOWER COMBO).

BEACH ACCESS: WALKING, GOLF CART AND CAR ACCESS.

2 NIGHT MINIMUM (Excluding Holidays).

FOR WEEKLY RENTALS, ARRIVAL DAYS ARE MONDAY OR FRIDAY AND DEPARTURE DAYS ARE SUNDAY OR THURSDAY. (Depending on reservations already set in place) For alternate arrival and departure days, please contact our office.

10-20% INCREASE APPLIED TO RATES FOR ALL HOLIDAYS, SPRING BREAK AND CERTAIN EVENTS.

THIS HOME WORKS WELL WITH SALTY SUNRISE, GJ'S BEACHFRONT, AND CHILLAX INN AND HOMES ON WEST SIDE OF EMERALD BEACH I SUBDIVISION.

Even when provided, Internet Access/Satellite TV/Cell service can be unreliable on The Bolivar Peninsula, as we are a rural community and weather sensitive area. We apologize, but Cobb Real Estate cannot guarantee that these amenities will be working during your stay and cannot offer refunds for disruption of these services.
