Perfect location when wanting to enjoy the beach area but not the crowds that sometimes come with the beach. The house is perfect for a couple with kids or friends getting together. The one bedroom includes the bunkbeds so plan accordingly. Just a side note, the top bunk is not for the "old". The builder took advantage of the ceiling space. The private deck provided the perfect spot to watch the barges on the intercoastal during the day and see amazing sunsets. The screened porch was great for evening card games.
