Very good! Small house but very functional and very close to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and the front deck is very comfortable.

The check in process took all of 2 minutes, so you are not wasting valuable vacation time on paperwork. The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was great for our dog too. The board games came in handy on a rainy day. The view is beautiful. And you are literally a 2 minute walk to the beach. We have been to Crystal Beach a few times. We have used Cobb previously. I don't think we will ever use anyone else and I am pretty sure we will be renting the Gulfview Cottage many times in the future.

Our rental experience is always the best at Cobb. They find us exactly what we want everytime. We don't rent from anyone it then because they take good care of us and are willing to work with us and our family. Can't say enough good about them.

The description online does no justice to the actual home. It was so cozy, beautiful, comfy, beachy. We could tell it was well maintained and cared for. The service from Cobb was great. Even when I couldn't figure out how to lock and unlock the door. I would reccomend this home to friends and family. We were so close to the beach and had great views from windows and the deck. The mornings were beautiful, just wish we didn't miss the sunrise. We will be returning to this home again! Thank you for making our stay wonderful.

I can’t say enough nice things about Gulfview Cottage! The location was perfect, we had gulf views from every room, it is within walking distance to the beach, and on a beach access road. It was very clean with cute, comfortable furnishings. The porch was perfect for drinking coffee with a great view. We had the best time staying here and would definitely rent this cabin again!

We met our daughter and her family at Crystal Beach, and stayed at Gulfview Cottage. The location was perfect, only a block from the East Rd entrance to the beach. The house was clean, and had ample utensils and appliances. We traveled from Little Rock, and it was worth the drive.
